Calimacil delivers what they promise
Calimacil delivers what they promise. That's in regard to product and delivery time. Usually it is not easy to derive from the website how the actual product is. Calimacil is on of the few who do not have that issue.
Delivery time wise: top!!! Canada to EU was faster than some EU webshops.

Poor Service.
Very poor service.
Placed an order over a month ago and paid in full.
Waited two weeks for the shipment notification. It never came.
Contacted them and was advised that the item on the order was out of stock and they would ship when it is in. I Waited....
Contacted them once again requesting if the order would be filled before Halloween.
Advised this day that"the ordered items were unavailable". How long would I have been waiting had I not initiated an inquiry into my order? They forgot about me and my order and only acted when prompted.

On the other hand, there is some part of your feedback that needs to be addressed. Inventory errors are bound to happen sometimes, and are actually more rare on the new website. You were, as some others were, victim of a bug of the first hour, which is bound to happen with such a platform change. We deeply apologize for it, and the situation has already been resolved.
As for shipping, of course, the migration and the influx of order resulting from it had effect on the shipping queue, as can be imagined. It is a temporary situation that we strive each and every day to bring back to normal, which should happen very soon. Once again, we are deeply sorry that you were victim of this situation. Simply bear in mind that it is in no way a permanent issue.

Unacceptable Service
Ever since the website changed, the service with Calimacil has been utterly atrocious and unacceptable. They advertise items for sale, say they are in stock, but then are not actually in stock AT ALL. You still get charged for items not in stock apparently. Not only that but some items advertised on their website no longer exist and if you try to order them, you of course get charged but then told later on that they can no longer obtain the item. Why even advertise such things if they no longer exists?
Worse still is their delay in shipments. Before when a product was ordered, it would arrive in a timely manner. Now not only does the product take half a month to arrive, you also can no longer track the item. I was once told they didn't need to give me a tracking number because the item was already delivered, even though it wasn't. Then they told me later that they didn't even SEND IT.
Calimacil used to be one of the greatest places to get LARP related gear. Now it's a joke. It's depressing to see how far it has fallen. You can't even use your gold like before. You have to pick one and only one discount code. They won't even give discounts to large recognized LARP groups anymore.

Great customer service! I had an issue with my order because I pick the wrong item. That was my fault but they fix it right away by chat. I get the right item few days later. I love Calimacil!

There where some casting fins on the hilt I had to remove and also an air bubble under the surface of the Blade.
