Canadian Appliance Source, founded in 2008, has developed into a forerunner of modern appliance retail. Sara was a superstar
Sara was a superstar! It was a bit of a rush and a bit of a test for her. Challenging size requirements and limited timeframes, but she rose to the occasion and met my needs! Exceeded my expectations and got me what I needed in a new refrigerator within my budget. Would highly recommend dealing with this group! Delivery had a shaky start due to my location , but the guys were stellar at getting the job done! They were outstanding, in and out with no fuss no muss! I will go to them for my next appliance purchase 💫

I’ve never shopped at Canadian…
I’ve never shopped at Canadian Appliance before but when I was researching a new dishwasher I found they had the best selection and best pricing. When I went to the store the salesman was very helpful but never pushy and made my decision very easy. I am now looking for a new stove and look forward to working with them again.

The refrigerator was delivered within the projected window. My old refrigerator was taken away at no extra cost. The men doing the delivery were professional and took care not to cause any damage.

Smooth process from start to finish
The sales rep listened carefully to me and didn't make any errors in entering information. He was competent and thorough and we talked through all of the options and details. The delivery men communicated clearly and gave me a time window and then an updated time when they would arrive. I really appreciated that. We live in a rural area, and gave them a pin, and they didn't get lost. They had to drive almost an hour from the previous delivery to get to our place, and I'm impressed the company delivers this far out. They were polite. They removed the old fridge and moved the new one into place. It was clearly very heavy and awkward but they did it smoothly and didn't break anything. No problems. After they left, we wiped the fridge down, put the door handles on, and adjusted the tilt of the fridge so the door closes by itself. It's working pretty well and I'm happy with it. The sales rep checked in with us again, and I appreciate the follow up communication. The whole process was very smooth.

Surprised at the service and price.
We had been to 2 or 3 other appliance stores, not completely satisfied as we were looking for 2 appliances, a d could not find both at one dealer.
We walked into Canadian Appliance Source and not only did they have both appliances they offered a discount on both. We made the purchase within 15 minutes of arriving...including free delivery and set up.

Purchasing Experience was great
My experience researching dishwashers on their website was easy and informative, my visit to the store was very beneficial and Imanbir Singh was very helpful with additional info and recommendations. I am in a rush for this appliance so contacted the predelivery care representative Yudish Rajaysur and he was very fast and professional. I really appreciate buying appliances here due to the service, selection and price. This is my third appliance bought here in the last 2 yrs.

Absolutely Terrible after sales…
Absolutely Terrible after sales customer service!! After purchasing a washer/dryer pair, the Maytag washer was defective during operation on our initial 2 loads of washing on our delivery date. Notified CAS right away that same day of the problem and sent videos/pics. Canadian Appliance Source after sales department refuses to replace/exchange the defective machine after completing the return request and we've been 2 weeks of not being able to wash laundry now with this brand new machine. We were told we would be contacted by the manufacturer to book a technician. Now 2 weeks later we still haven't been contacted. Will now be having to do a request to Maytag for the 30 day money back guarantee and will have to wait to get a refund for this product. Where is the customer service here from Canadian Appliance... there is none!! Save yourself the headache.. do your homework and buy from somewhere that will actually replace/exchange the machine for you when they sell you a defective lemon from day 1!

Efficient help without the sales pitch
Easy transaction. Virender Chahal was quick, efficient and gave me clear options and recommendations. I didn’t need a sales pitch - I just needed replacement appliances, quickly and at a good price and he delivered. He researched models for me, gave me honest answers to my questions, calculated prices quickly and got me next day delivery.
