Canadian Appliance Source, founded in 2008, has developed into a forerunner of modern appliance retail. This was my first purchase at the Canadian Appliance Source. Nitin, the sales rep was very helpful. He made the purchase of a dryer and washer set very efficient and pleasant. He sent a personal follow up note which was much appreciated. The delivery was seamless. I appreciated ongoing communication from Nitin and the delivery team. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I am very happy with my new washer and dryer. I recommend this company for any appliance needs.

The appliances were delivered as…
The appliances were delivered as arranged and were in working order condition. However did determine that the dishwasher needed installation by a plumber to maintain the warranty status. This was not communicated to us during the sales process.Time will tell on the products performance as this is less than one month after delivery.

Great customer service and delivery team was “spot on” with delivery time and respectful of the condo building ; moving refrigerator into the building and elevator and into the condo. Same applies for removing the old refrigerator.
