No supervisor to talk with when…
No supervisor to talk with when customer service was being unreasonable. We were lied to about the features on a machine that was not on the floor to view.
Each time they have responded to me, they have stated I had two quotes, which I did. I asked for two quotes, two different brands with the same features. The salesman assured me both quotes had the features I wanted, which was a lie. I looked at there return policy and its “ out of the box no return”. The guys who delivered it, had it out of the box before it even came into my house. So returns aren’t possible through CAS.

The person at the store, Shane, was great! Extremely helpful. He also made the purchase quick and easy. Was able to get a quick delivery date.
