I was ready. The driver was not.
I had a dishwasher disconnected before delivery so the driver would be able to haul it away.
The driver gave the old dishwasher a tug, claimed it wasn't actually disconnected, and left. I don't know if he didn't feel like taking it, or was in a rush.
My own contractor came in and pulled out the dishwasher without a problem.
It's costing me a lot of money to arrange haulaway on my own. So much for any savings on the new appliances.

Appliance purchase
From sales thru to delivery I was completely satisfied.
When I had to change the size of my fridge, Mittal revised the order right away. When I was concerned about the removal of the old fridge, I was assured by Aisha that the delivery folks would take off the door. She also sent me a follow-up email to confirm the details so I didn't have to fret. The delivery guys (Keith and colleague) from logistics were awesome. Polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

We received a new fridge with problems
We received a new fridge with a scratched freezer door that didn’t close right and made a loud noise when closing and a freezer fan that rattled. Customer service told me to level the door, after calling the salesman who claimed he took my complaint up a level , I was told a door was on order. Weeks later a service call was made and the door was changed as well as the fan, but
The fan continued to rattle , again after complaining the back panel was replaced. Over a month of aggravation. Once they are paid they don’t seem to know how to look after anything. I would not bother to deal with these people again. The fridge was finally serviced by the co. That services Leon’s and the brick. I should have bought it there as the delivery was free not the 100.plus that I paid.
Terrible customer service, I was getting calls from 3 different service company’s and received more calls Evan after it was fixed. I guess peter doesn’t speak to PAUL. As no one followed up anything and only screwed it up trying.

Range Hood Exchange Experience
I had to exchange my range hood for other model. The exchange process was seamless and the customer service support was excellent.

Only gave 4 stars because the delivery folks while very good did leave some garbage (Styrofoam, tape, broken plastic bits) at my curb.

CAS proved themselves to be true to their word, they promised me next day delivery and kept their promise with texted updates on the delivery, remarkable in Canada. The sales folks were helpful and well-informed.
