The delivery and set up as well as the communication was excellent. Our preferred salesman was not available and so we went to somebody else who I would only give 3 1/2 stars to because he really talked too much during the sales pitch.

This was one of the easiest purchases…
This was one of the easiest purchases that I’ve ever made. It was very pleasant dealing with Michael. He explained all the costs, extended warranty and answered the questions I had. Delivery was excellent. You can monitor where in the queue your delivery is in real time. Andrew and his assistant knew exactly what to do to get the washer/dryer into the small space. The old unit was taken away, along with the packaging. I definitely would recommend Canadian Appliance Sources to anyone.

Don’t buy any appliances from CAS Appliances
After purchasing a Bosch dishwasher from CAS, the sales person was good, however, the delivery service was absolutely terrible, First Class delivery service scratched up my wall, and the company said that they would not repair the damage to my paint, now I’m having issues with the dishwasher, making a lot of noises, and for an expensive Bosch dishwasher this is totally unacceptable. CAS is not willing to reimburse or replace the dishwasher. Do not buy any appliance from CAS absolutely garbage service.

I bought a Samsung dishwasher from this vendor, and it has been a complete disaster from day one. The moment it was installed, it didn’t work at all—it was completely dead on arrival.
Instead of taking responsibility and offering a simple exchange for a defective product, customer service has completely stonewalled us and refuses to replace it. They have left our 6-member family without a working dishwasher for months now. The amount of extra daily work this has forced on my family is infuriating, and the vendor simply does not care.
This business is operating on fraudulent practices—taking your money and leaving you with broken appliances and zero support. Save yourself the massive headache and buy from literally anyone else. Do not trust them!

Good selection and fair pricing
Good selection and fair pricing. Appreciated that delivery outside Toronto is included and that includes haul away and installation. I ordered online.
For me, installation included reversing the door on a fridge. Understood that was part of installation, I wasn't asked about it when I booked delivery, so it wasn't on the delivery work order. I was very grateful the delivery team made the switch as I couldn't have done it myself. Hopefully it didn't throw their schedule off too much.
