Based on our recent video update (you can reference the file named "Official Canadian Appliance Source Return Policy 60-Day Returns & ZERO Restocking Fees"), we want to clear the air and lay out our Return Policy as simply and directly as possible so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

The Core Return Terms for Unused Items

- 60-Day Full Refund Window: You have a full 60 days from purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

- $0 Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.

- Original Packaging Requirement: To qualify for this standard return, the product must be returned in its original packaging.

How to Process a Return

- Keep Your Packaging (For Standard Returns): If you simply changed your mind, ensure the appliance remains in its original box/packaging.

- Initiate the Return: Reach out to our rCanadian Appliance Source Returns Portal - https://www.canadianappliance.ca/returns or customer Service within the 60-day window (or immediately if your item arrived damaged/defective, Do not plug in or use it) and we shall process your return accordingly.

What If Your Product is Damaged or Defective?

We want to make sure that you are fully aware that if your product arrives damaged or is not working, the standard policy rules above do not apply to you.

If you receive a defective or damaged appliance, you are completely exempt from the standard return restrictions; you have 48 hours from the day of delivery to report any damage or any issue with your appliance on our dedicated online support for returns at https://www.canadianappliance.ca/returns

Terrible.

Terrible.. would NEVER recommend your company
Bought a dishwasher .. paid $3000 for it delivered Friday .. appliance man came Saturday ( less than 24hrs ) to hook up motor gone on the Jennair call CAS they tell me I need to call manufacturer… I plugged it in and now it’s USED !!!! Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard … worst company every !!!

Very Good experience but could be better

Very Good experience. Could be better though.
Good: The movers did good job by being attentive and careful while moving the refrigerator into the kitchen efficiently.
Could be better: I would be happier if they had checked the balance alignment, installed the handles, installed the water lines, and gave some initial instructions. These stuff would've taken 10 min more of their time, but definitely would achieve higher level of customer's satisfaction.

Very Satisfied Customer. Fast reliable service.

Had my refrigerator delivered the next day after purchase.The delivery persons were very courteous.Salesperson Robert, very courteous and professional. Whitby store is highly recommended. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Thanks for your fast reliable service.

Smooth process, some negotiating room and very quick availability. Very pleased with the product and service I received. Morgan was very helpful and made the experience very comfortable and professional.

Excellent experience buying a new set of laundry machines

My sales representative, Aaron Shepherd, was highly efficient, did a great job in educating me on the washing and drying machines available in store so I was able to choose those that covered my requirements and more. He went beyond my expectation and I’ve got the fairest price including the extention warranty. Thank you Aaron for your excellent service.
