Had to wait 2 hours for my order ,phone up after 40min of waiting for my order. When the pizza shop answered my call they said it will be delivered in 16min which it didn't arrived I give up .Then 2hours later I recieved my order,will not use them again very poor service

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star, door was nearly 2 hours late couldn’t get hold of them when I rang up the. Someone rang me saying it’s on the way and when I asked why so long they hung the phone up, finally turned up delivery said they were outside my house when I went outside they were at the top of the street. pizza is all squashed in the box and burnt, didn’t give me my drink of choice, won’t order again not worth it.

Sampled the new menu item of chicken pasta and I’ve got to say it is absolutely amazing. The flavours of the chicken and tomato sauce complements each other so well and the pasta so soft and delicious. Will definitely be ordering it again for a lunch which fills you on the go 100% recommended

Disgusting, had loaded fries and was drenched in sauce, so over powering made them soggy and rank. The wrap was also drenched in bbq sauce, couldn’t taste anything but tangy sauce. Wouldn’t recommend or return

We resisted ordering from Caprinos at first – just felt like another mini chain added to our town, which already has about 100 takeaways. But eventually we gave in and honestly, we were pleasantly surprised.

The pizzas are always fresh, hot, and loaded with toppings. We always go for the stuffed crust – it’s proper tasty, and my son loves it too. It’s actually the only way I can get him to eat his crusts, so that’s a bonus in itself!

The quality’s been consistently good, and their deals are decent for what you get. Delivery’s been spot on too – fairly quick and always polite drivers. Never had a wrong order or anything missing.

It might be part of a chain, but Caprinos feels like it holds its own. Definitely one of our regulars now – glad we gave it a chance.

They tried to charge me around £3 more than the menu prices saying the till just had different prices. They finally agreed to the menu prices but added a £0.50 service charge that wasn't documented anywhere on the menu again stating this is just what the till said. Fake pricing and false advertising!

Disgraceful had to wait 18 minutes for fries at 19:30 in Chester.
They gave mouse potion and didn’t give give a dam, very poor wound not touch with a barge pole 🤮

These are the absolute best Pizzas in Biggleswade by far. They are so full of flavour and taste amazing. They aren't greasy and always arrive piping hot.
I go nowhere else for pizza, I highly recommend Caprinos Pizzas.

We ordered takeaway. The 2 pizza came and looked like they been dropped. We called caprinos to tell them, they were due and called us liars. After getting no where we had to go to the shop. They still were rude and still calling us liars even tho they could see the pizza was dropped. Took about a half before they would give us a refund. Will never go back.

I ordered on the app but it didn't work, the staff were so nice and they applied the app discount. The pizza was so soft and tasty, plenty toppings, really nice food. Looking forward to going back thx guys

Best pizza ive ever had. Staff were amazing and location was lovely. Milkshakes were phenomenal and everything went perfect. Kebab meat is out of this world, they could open a kebab shop and it would be my favourite.

Absolutely awfull. First we had to chase the delivery as it was late this evening then it was the wrong pizzas then we had to wait another 30 minutes for our order and then everyone had 1-2 slices and said it was awfull and we threw it out. Redditch branch.

Im absolutely fuming I placed an order with one less 7 on my phone number , they told me that they have been ringing me however I called my phone number but with one less 7 and it was unavailable becasue it’s not a phone number the worker told me they kept trying to call me also told me that the delivery driver isn’t going to deliver to my house again becasue he’s hot and it’s on a main road which is no excuse becasue in the box of information I specifically said please go to the back gate however I didn’t even get a knock on my front door or anything my friend ordered of here yesterday and she didn’t answer the door but her food was on the doorstep, I’ve ordered from here so many times and had no problems really not happy !!!

Today I had been to Caprinos Pizza Watfotd. Ordered my vegetarian pizza . The quality of crust was excellent with generous toppings. The Watford branch is very clean and smiley staff .Each slice was tasty . I will visit again & again .

Foods ok, pizza base a bit soggy and was in a state when I received.

I ordered a milkshake from there because I was told milkshakes are good, but it was just a cup of cold milk that I paid £6.50 for. Beyond disappointed

I am so disappointed. It has been a real treat for me to enjoy a pizza from my local Caprinos for the last four years. Now things have changed. It must be under new management because the same pizzas, as described, are now so different - barely edible in fact. Customer service has plummeted as well. My last purchase was supposed to be delivered within 40 minutes. It took over an hour.
It was delivered by a surly driver without explanation or apology, he only spoke to demand the payment. I think that was the only English he could speak.

It's very sad that a pleasant experience is no longer available.

Great service at Caprinos Pizza. They made the pizza just as I like it! Would recommend

Unfortunately I don't have a good opinion.When I tried to order a pizza through the app unfortunately it couldn't be done then I ordered through the website but unfortunately it also failed. And after about 20 minutes I saw an email that the pizza couldn't be ordered because the website doesn't work either and that I have to call to place an order so that's what I did I waited about 40 minutes for delivery then it turned out that one pizza wasn't the one I ordered so I phoned them again with complaints but they said I had to make mistake it’s not their fault
I’m sure I didn’t order Hawaiian pizza because I hate that kind of pizza.
But finally they agreed to change and I returned the wrong one and they gave me correct one.
