zunächst einmal hoffen wir, dass dir dein Aufenthalt in Málaga sehr gut gefallen hat. Es freut uns zu hören, dass Organisation und Service wie immer einwandfrei waren.
Es tut uns sehr leid, dass der Jeep diesmal aufgrund seines Getriebes nicht deinen Erwartungen entsprochen hat.
Wir würden uns sehr freuen, dich wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen und dafür zu sorgen, dass das nächste Fahrzeug voll und ganz deinen Vorstellungen entspricht.

Alles perfekt gelaufen. Service war klasse, Wagen war top. Sogar Upgrade. Einziger (kleiner) Mangel: die Antenne fehlte. Dadurch war der Radio Empfang schlecht. Aber ansonsten alles in Ordnung. Sehr gerne wieder.

A pro-customer (rather than anti-customer) Car Rental agency
Having heard plenty of horror stories from others regarding car rentals, I am delighted that CarGest took the anxiety out of renting a car for me. From the start, they were not pushy on upselling insurance products to me, since my normal rate was "fully insured." This policy was put to the test when my rental car was hit from behind by another car. In all my intereactions with CarGest employees regarding this accident, they were understanding and helpful; paperwork was minimized and it was a piece of cake when I returned the slightly-damaged car. With this excellent experience, I will be booking with CarGest for all my future car rentals in Spain and elsewhere where they are present.

Had een kleine auto gehuurd maar kreeg een upgrade,naar een grotere auto .
Alles was top geregeld.
Het email contact was super goed.
Top ook de breng en haal service naar het vliegveld.

Winter-Langzeiturlaub
Wir machten einen Winter-Langzeiturlaub Januar bis März 2026 mit Ankunft in Malaga. Buchung erfolgte über Sunny Cars.
Nachdem uns CarGuest bislang unbekannt war, wurden wir von der hilfreichen Flughafen-Abholung/ Organisation überrascht! Freundlich, hilfsbereit, professionell und schnell.
Wir wurden mit dem Shuttle- Fahrzeug eine sehr kurze Strecke zur Abholhalle gefahren. Auch dort war durch unser Vorab- Einchecken alles problemlos zu erledigen. Wir erhielten, wie erhofft, einen BMW X1, der zudem nagelneu nur mit 1800 km Laufleistung übergeben wurde.
Das Fahrzeug-Angebot in der Abholhalle war neu, gepflegt und sehr groß.
Die Rückgabe des Fahrzeuges an anderer Hausnummer und der Shuttle zum Flughafen war ebenfalls problemlos und schnell.
Wir sind rundum zufrieden und werden gerne wieder CarGuest in Anspruch nehmen.

New car, quick processing for both pickup and return. In one word TOP!
A tip for Cargest: although it is not legally required, buy the low-emission zone sticker for 6 euros anyway and stick it on the windscreen. It prevents a lot of stress for the renter and avoids arguments with the police in cities where the physical sticker is mandatory.

Regarding the sticker, we really appreciate your advice and will take it on board, but we want to put your mind at rest: virtually all car hire fleets, including ours, are authorised to drive in low-emission zones.
As these are new vehicles, the authorities already assume they comply with environmental regulations, even if they do not have the physical sticker on the windscreen. This is something the police already take into account with hire cars.
