Wij zouden u willen vragen ons uw reserveringsnummer door te geven, zodat wij de details van uw contract kunnen controleren.
Het spijt ons dat de levering van het voertuig niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. Wij nemen nota van uw opmerking over de ruitenwisser, zodat ons technisch team dit onmiddellijk kan controleren.
Wat betreft de ruitenwisservloeistof: na controle van uw dossier hebben we vastgesteld dat u 31 dagen van de huurauto gebruik heeft gemaakt en bijna 1.500 km heeft gereden. Het is zeer waarschijnlijk dat na een maand continu gebruik de tank leeg was, wat gebruikelijk is bij langdurige huur. We hadden u echter graag geholpen als u tijdens uw verblijf contact met ons had opgenomen om een oplossing te zoeken.

Easy and fast
Very fast and easy processing at arrival and at return of the car. No queuing. Car of decent quality. Flexibility: although our stay was for 2 months we did not have to return the car after a month as was the case with other companies. This saved us 6 hours of useless driving time!

My favourite car rental company in Spain
Recently, I rented a car from CarGest for the third time, and I was completely satisfied. At CarGest, I always receive friendly and efficient service. I'm not bothered with offers for extra insurance or anything like that, unlike some other rental companies. I had the keys to my car within 10 minutes. The shuttle bus service to and from Malaga Airport worked perfectly. No long waits. In short, I'll definitely use CarGest again next time.

We zijn erg blij dat u de service van ons personeel zo waardeert. Voor ons is een vriendelijke ontvangst de beste manier om u welkom te heten op uw vakantie. We zijn er trots op dat de auto in perfecte staat was en dat het inleveren vlot verliep.
We besteden speciale aandacht aan het onmiddellijk versturen van die bevestiging per e-mail, omdat we weten dat uw gemoedsrust voorop staat en we willen dat u zonder zorgen naar de luchthaven vertrekt.

Auto's die niet geschikt zijn voor de bergen....
- Lang moeten wachten bij de shuttleservice (ong. 30-40 minuten). Er reed maar 1 busje, terwijl andere maatschappijen 2-3 busjes hadden.
- We kregen een upgrade van de auto, maar van die upgrade was het kofferbakdeksel zo klein, dat een normale maat koffer niet in de kofferbak paste. Dat was jammer.
- De auto die we meekregen had enorm veel schade en het interieur was smerig.
- De auto lekte én verbruikte enorm veel olie. Na 2 dagen rondrijden zijn we teruggegaan naar de garage, omdat het lampje steeds weer terugkwam. In eerste instantie probeerde men ons af te schepen met de mededeling dat de auto niet geschikt was om mee door de bergen te rijden. Na doorvragen werd het peil gecontroleerd en bleek de motor bijna droog te staan. De olie werd aangevuld met ongeveer 1 liter olie. Flesje olie als reserve gevraagd, kregen we niet. Dat was niet nodig, vond men. Uiteindelijk zelf maar een flesje gekocht, dat was hard nodig. Op ruim 1000 km verbruikte de auto zo'n 1,5-2 liter olie!! Toen we dit benoemden, werd er laconiek gereageerd. Wel netjes het geld teruggekregen voor het flesje olie.

Bij CarGest streven we ernaar om een transparante en hoogwaardige service te bieden, en het spijt ons dat we in uw geval niet aan uw verwachtingen hebben voldaan.
Met betrekking tot uw opmerking over het voertuig willen we graag verduidelijken dat we op onze website een breed scala aan modellen aanbieden, juist omdat sommige modellen geschikter zijn dan andere, afhankelijk van de geplande route. Niet alle voertuigen zijn ontworpen voor de eisen van het rijden in de bergen.
Niets rechtvaardigt echter dat de auto zo'n hoog olieverbruik had. Veiligheid is onze absolute prioriteit en het feit dat de motor in die staat verkeerde, is een onderhoudsfout die we intern onderzoeken. We nemen ook nota van de buitensporige wachttijd voor de vervoersdienst en de staat van netheid, punten die we al aan het verbeteren zijn dankzij opmerkingen zoals die van u.
We zijn blij dat u in ieder geval de kosten van de olie vergoed heeft gekregen, maar we begrijpen dat uw ervaring hierdoor is verpest. Als u wilt, kunt u ons schrijven op bookings@cargest.com om uw ervaring nader te bespreken.

We rented our car from CarGest again. Not a single negative experience. Their website makes finding and renting a car easy. They have a well-maintained fleet. The cars are very clean and well-maintained. Airport pickup is very smooth. Return after the rental is also very quick and easy. We always choose the contract with full coverage.

Absolut empfehlenswerter Autoverleih, ohne wenn und aber!!!
Absolut empfehlenswerter, super Anbieter, perfekter Service, schnell und zügig. Es werden einem keine teuren Zusatzversicherungen aufgequatscht. Wir erhielten unser Fahrzeug umgehend, nachdem der Shuttle uns mit gepflegtem MB-Bus am Flughafen abgeholt hatte. Alles verlief super reibungslos, keine Komplikationen, auch nicht bei der Fahrzeugrückgabe. Zudem erhielten wir bei der Abholung noch ein Fahrzeugupgrade, ohne Aufpreis, was aber wohl nur in der Nebensaison möglich ist.
Immer wieder gerne Cargest, absolut empfehlenswert!!!
