"First Class Rental Company"
After reading reviews on Trustpilot I decided to rent my car from CarGest. On arrival at Malaga airport my wife & I were met by a lovely young man who took our luggage and into his vehicle driven straight to get our car. The car was immaculate with very low milage. There was no need to take out expensive insurance all we had to pay was an extra 30 Euros to have full insurance. We thoroughly enjoyed driving this car for three weeks returning it with a full tank of petrol. We were again helped with our luggage and driven back to the airport. This is what I call a "First Class Company"

Simply the best
Could not be more helpful or make it any easier. Always get a good car in excellent condition and at a very reasonable price. Ive used them for over 30 years and I wouldn't use anyone else.

Highly recommended at Malaga airport
Rented 10 times a car at Malaga airport. Carrental with big names like A--- H---. Most of the time annoying side effects. Therefore happy with Cargest: very competent friendly and correct staff, quick handling, smooth delivery and return, quick shuttle service. Everything as it should be. Forget the big ones. Highly recommended.

Meer dan prima
De shuttle dienst medewerkers waren correct, behulpzaam, aardig en vrolijk. Afhandeling bij het in ontvangst nemen van de auto ging vlot mede doordat de medewerkers goed Engels spraken en we kregen ook nog een geweldige upgrade. Een prachtige complete en brandschone auto die heerlijk rook van binnen. Ook het inleveren en de transfer terug was vlekkeloos. Wat we onduidelijk vonden en vinden is het feit dat we iets moesten scannen en er vervolgens akkoord mee moesten gaan. Dat voelde vreemd en maakte ons ietwat achterdochtig.

We zijn blij dat zowel het inleveren als het terugbrengen voor jullie vlekkeloos is verlopen.
Wat betreft uw opmerking over het scannen, weten we niet precies wat u bedoelt. We denken dat het gaat om ons incheckproces, dat bedoeld is om het proces te versnellen en alles sneller te laten verlopen. We weten niet wat u bedoelt met een ander soort scannen, maar als u wilt, kunt u ons schrijven op booking@cargest.com.

So sollte es immer sein
Ich habe über billiger-mietwagen.de einen Mietwagen bei CarGest in Málaga gebucht und bin wirklich sehr angenehm überrascht.
Der Transfer vom Flughafen zur Autovermietung hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich und entspannt. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich, dass nicht versucht wurde, mir zusätzliche Versicherungen aufzuschwatzen oder überhöhte Beträge auf meiner Kreditkarte zu blockieren. Es wurde keine übertriebene Kaution reserviert – das habe ich so ehrlich gesagt nicht erwartet.
Die Übergabe des Autos war unglaublich unkompliziert:
Name nennen, Führerschein und Personalausweis vorzeigen, Vertrag kurz unterschreiben – fertig. Auto bekommen, losfahren. Genau so wünscht man sich das.
Allein für diese problemlose, transparente und entspannte Abwicklung gibt es von mir die volle Punktzahl.
Vielen Dank an CarGest – gerne jederzeit wieder!

Gutes Fahrzeug, guter Service, guter Preis
Wir haben bereits mehrmals ein Fahrzeug für unseren Aufenthalt in Andalusien bei CarGest, Malaga Airport gebucht. Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden: Fahrzeug ziemlich neu, gut gepflegt, Abholung mit Shuttle am Flughafen problemlos, keine langen Wartezeiten. Gerne wieder.

Great experience
Great experience ! Very simple and fast, a five minute ride with a shuttle bus at Malaga airport, very quick and friendly transaction, I had à nice car for four days which I gave back as smoothly as on the arrival. Thé employee had told me : trust us. And he was right. I recommend Car Gest !

For the 2nd time very good experience
For the second time we hired a car here. Ones we went to a other and that was a bad experience. So after that we hired at Carjet again. They have a fast and food service. What you hire is what you get and ALWAYSpay what you booked. So no extras payment for extra insurance the day you pick up the car or after.
Also when you call, they help you fast and even if you want to extent the hire period.
Fast ride from and to the airport where they stationed within 5 minutes.

Cargets was prima
Cargets was prima! Vriendelijk behulpzaam. De tussenpersoon echter niet. Do you Spain. Er zou iemand klaar staan op de luchthaven maar daar was niemand. Ik had geen gevens van de verhuurmaatschappij dus wist niet waar ik naar toe kon gaan. Het heeft me meer dan twee uur gekost om er achter te komen wat er aan de hand was. Ik heb 2 uur gedacht dat ik afgezet was. De communicatie is dus erg slecht! En ik kocht volledig verzekerd maar bij cargest bleek dat ik toch nog 145 euro extra moest betalen. Dus Do you Spain krijgt 0 sterren. Cargest alle.

Wat de verzekering betreft, willen we verduidelijken dat we samenwerken met verschillende externe leveranciers die onze diensten op de markt brengen en hun eigen verzekeringen aanbieden, los van Cargest. Wanneer de klant bij ons aankomt, leggen we altijd zorgvuldig, duidelijk en zonder enige druk uit dat deze externe verzekeringen bepaalde aspecten niet dekken, en bieden we de mogelijkheid om onze dekking rechtstreeks bij ons af te sluiten om misverstanden te voorkomen.
Wij betreuren het ongemak en nemen nota van uw opmerking om de coördinatie en communicatie tijdens het hele proces te verbeteren.
