Great service, turned up on time, very polite and excellent outcome

As always, received a polite, professional service from the technician (sorry, didn’t catch his name). Always friendly, respectful (puts shoe covers on before entering property) and keeps me informed, even when going back to the van to get tools. A great role model 😊.

He arrived on time. Liked that he covered his shoes before coming indoors. I told him what was wrong with the sofa. He took lots of photos then went on to find the problem and put it right. He then showed me what had happened and how he fixed it. Job done! A Very nice man that didn't waste time and was in and out very quickly.

The technician came to inspect the sofa, but unfortunately, the issue was not resolved. I was advised that someone would be sent to address the problem, but unfortunately, nobody has come back or taken any further action.

I am still struggling with the issue, and it is making it difficult to manage my day-to-day activities. I would really appreciate it if this matter could be looked into properly and resolved as soon as possible. I hope the company can provide better follow-up and support to resolve the issue.

The technician who came out to look at my defective cushions did not listen to me. He just confirmed what Next home furniture wanted him to confirm which was that the cushions on my sofa were not faulty. He then proceeded to demonstrate to me how to plump the cushions as if he was talking to a five year old. My issue was never with the cushions, it was the fact that the company website was misleading and never explained that the cushions on the leather sofa would indent and ripple after each use which means that the only time the sofa looks good is if no one ever sits on it.

Positive outcome from castelan. Furniture inspection carried out by technician who arrived promptly on the date arranged. I gave 5stars due to positive experience.

The technician that came to our house to look at our sofa was both friendly and very knowledgeable. The service was excellent and the minor problem we had soon resolved.

Simple and easy to log issue. Technician visit was advised within hours and a time slot for the visit was also given. Technician phoned prior to the visit to confirm. Technician was prompt. He explained what the process was and carried out his work. The results were excellent - the scuff marks on my sofa's were completely gone.
