We had no problem, the guy was polite, and completed the task quickly.

10weeks to replace a broken switch on a power recliner. No updates. Only took this length of time from order to actually make and deliver my sofa (apparently from Italy).
Was advised along with a huge list of conditions for the ‘engineer’ arriving and parking and pets etc to be adhered to - fair enough, that a message would be sent either the previous evening or early morning advising of an ETA. None received.
When the engineer arrived at 2pm, he was observed sat in his vehicle a good 10 mins before entering my property. Great that the actual job only took 3 minutes to complete.
Really just a very frustrating amount of time with no commitment to updates or ease to make contact. However, job is finally done, just glad it wasn’t anything major.

Updates from Castelan were received quickly following a referral.
Technician who arrived (Kevin), was punctual, friendly and professional.
He was understanding and provided helpful advice.
Overall an excellent service.

Very disappointing experience with Castelan. Their technician’s report contained conflicting delivery dates and contradictory information about pets, yet it was used to dismiss widespread fabric pilling as normal wear. The technician only used a de-bobbling tool, providing a temporary cosmetic fix rather than addressing the underlying problem. I have little confidence in the accuracy or fairness of their assessment.

Every part of the repair from initial contact to actual repair was professional and courteous.

As always, received a polite, professional service from the technician (sorry, didn’t catch his name). Always friendly, respectful (puts shoe covers on before entering property) and keeps me informed, even when going back to the van to get tools. A great role model 😊.

He arrived on time. Liked that he covered his shoes before coming indoors. I told him what was wrong with the sofa. He took lots of photos then went on to find the problem and put it right. He then showed me what had happened and how he fixed it. Job done! A Very nice man that didn't waste time and was in and out very quickly.

The technician came to inspect the sofa, but unfortunately, the issue was not resolved. I was advised that someone would be sent to address the problem, but unfortunately, nobody has come back or taken any further action.

I am still struggling with the issue, and it is making it difficult to manage my day-to-day activities. I would really appreciate it if this matter could be looked into properly and resolved as soon as possible. I hope the company can provide better follow-up and support to resolve the issue.

Agent was extremely knowlegeable and fixed the problem. Nothing was a problem to him.
