Helpful & efficient
Vassna and Shannon from the Newbury branch made our letting experience a pleasant one. They were very helpful and kept us updated at each process. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a rental property.

What a wonderful and cheerful Team at Chancellors!!
Well, i had a quick response from the team after i requested to view one of their properties. The two ladies that showed me around the property were so nice and it made me feel like i had already got the apartment while i was only viewing it. Thumbs up to the Chancellors Team ! Great Communication and regular updates
The two advisors helping me to find a new home were exceptionally helpful. It is tricky to balance the needs of both the tenant and the landlord but both Brooke and Vassna worked brilliantly as a team to come to a good outcome.

A positive team.
After 2 failed purchases i was beginning to think a completion was never going to happen. Thankfully i had Abbey Jackson in my corner who remained 100% positive throughout the process.
Abbey, along with the team where highly responsive to my viewing requests and came back to me throughout my successful purchase with quick answers and even went out of their way to gather additional information from the seller on my behalf; nothing was too much trouble for them.
