Jai and Nikki have been very supportive to get us out of interest only mortgage to a capital repayment
Interest only was £1200 a year ago and now £2400
But they were able to get a better deal with CAPITAL REPAYMENT for £2500

I contacted Charlton and spoke to an…
I contacted Charlton and spoke to an agent name Steven King in regards to a bridging loan..He asked me to provide my details and to send him the property I was interested in, along with me and my partner's identification.. The next day an offer was placed on the property I was interested in, and I haven't heard anything back from Steven. Please be careful with this company.. They could be using your information or purchasing the project that you are trying to buy..
Hey Mr Daniel Jennings. Why don't you go and speak to Steven King and ask him who's details was sent to him yesterday for a bridging loan.. You have his name Steven King. I gave him my ID and property information and he told me he would get back to me, and he didn't. Then I realised that someone placed an offer on the property I am interested in.

Very satisfied with Charleston's service
I have now used Charleston for three Buy to Let mortgages. My first experience was ok but not especially good, but my second and third when I was given different personnel, have been excellent. Both Josh and Connie have been very informative, quick to respond and friendly. I have felt they were always doing their best to obtain the optimum of outcomes.

Great service
Great service! Josh and Connie are very professional and helpful throughout the whole process of getting the mortgage, responded promptly even after business hours. I needed some help just before the exchange and completion and they were there to support me! Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Every one warn be careful i lost my £149 i would like you don't.....
I bought a property on auction they agreed with me if i don't go through with the quote £149 will be refundabale . As it was Auction property they were so slow come back to me after ten 10 days with a quote but i already arranged bridging loan and survey fee has been paid by me i told him please just refund my money i don't want to go through with you because you are very slow plus the rate you providing me is higher MR STEVEN KING promised to time he will talk to the MR JOSH and refund me the money . But STEVEN never call me back today i send him an email if no refund today i'll complaint to the Google about your business also leave the bad review on google and Trust plus then MR STEVEN call me back and refused to refund me the money. Don't give them any money unless you are happy with their rate ........
