I love your panties. Just wish the price was a little lower

Love the product and the delivery methodology. The only negative I have is sometimes I receive the wrong size even though it says it’s my size, and sometimes the stitching is as solid as it typically is. Receiving a smaller size though helped my daughter get a new pair though, so instead of sending them back I just give them to her. 😅

I love the undies, but i will love to the briefs a little bit longer from my waist like the high cheekies.

I love the cheekies so much that I decided to join the VIP membership. What was really frustrating is that there were hardly any new designs and the big draw to subscribing is that you have access to new designs early. When there eventually were new designs they didn't come in my monthly shipment. What's even more frustrating is now that I've cancelled, there's all these new adorable designs almost like my cancellation called them into existance

I've been a customer for several years, and these are the only undies I wear anymore. Reason? They fit will, don't ride, bunch or creep. The fabric is comfortable year-round, and there are plenty of pretty prints and solid colors to choose from. Delivery is prompt, and I love that the company is so body-positive!

The bras and panties are the most comfortable I've ever owned as well as seamless. The patterns are cute and fun.

I love all the patterns and colors. I grew up with boring colors, granny panties. Now I have so much to pick from. Also great that it is run by women. Keep it up,forever a customer.

I absolutely love these underwear, I stock up every time they go on sale. The only issue I’ve came across with them on just a few pairs were the inside crutch lining started to come apart at the seams after just a few wears and I have received a few were the seams on the sides actually weren’t sealed all the way together.

I really loved the underwear, but a couple lately seen different, not as soft or stretchy. I even recieved the same pattern two months in a row and one was soft and the other was not. Please go back to the original fabric.

I’m soo in Love with my purchase …my underwear are smooth as butter…to be a plus size woman to find underwear that fit is amazing…no rolling down sliding up perfect fit…I purchased the high waisted cheeky….soo comfortable!!! Best Buy ever!!!

I ordered in December and haven’t received my order. I emailed customer service and they said they would investigate with the shipper. They said if I didn’t hear back and didn’t receive my order in 5 days, to feel free to follow up. I waited and followed up to ask for a refund. They said the tracking shows it was delivered and that their policy is to not give a refund unless the product is returned. The only options I was given were to pay shipping again or get a store credit. However, they noted I could not use the store credit toward promos or sales. Everything I purchased originally was part of a promo, so that is unacceptable.

I figured I try out the free offer, and will cancel my membership before billing .
However, I never received the package, yet was charged for an other , more expensive shipment that’s also never arrived!
When I contacted their customer service they refused to refund me !
It’s just set up as a scam and I regret bothering with it!

I accidentally used the wrong code,and I was charged more than I was expecting. Customer service responded to me within 24 hours and made it right. Their products are wonderful, and I will continue to order from them.

As someone with a spinal cord injury that causes pain & sensory issues, these are the only undies I've found that I can wear comfortably! My ONLY "complaint" is that I wear a different size in the briefs vs the the boyshorts & you can only choose one size in the VIP selection. Being able to choose size by item would make choosing favorites in the VIP section much easier.

These are my favorite panties of all time. I wear the boyshort style.
I love the fit and the fabric and NO ruff seams. They also have a great size range. I've worn as large as 3x but I'm currently in a xl. They fit great not matter what size. I love the floral and nature patterns and there is always something fun to choose. Did I mention the sales? I only buy when they are on sale and the prices are great!!

I have purchased many boyshorts and I have found that they aren't made equally which is quite frustrating. I've had to cut some of them on the seam so they fit right on my thighs. The part of undies that covers our lady bits length and shape isn't the same pair to pair. As someone who uses pads this too is frustrating. Very cute undies, and generally very comfortable, but I will be canceling my subscription and no longer purchasing from them.
