I’ve bought a few things from Cheek Boss and most of them are really good, but recently a few undies I have bought have come apart at the seems. I’ve already had five pairs do this.

I love these unders! I joined as a VIP during the pandemic and have since completely replaced every pair of underwear I had in my drawer. These are my only ones. They are comfy. I love the way they fit. I have previously been fairly conservative in my choices. I love the COLORS and the PATTERNS. So glad that I somehow got on your list and continue to recieve your emails. Love browsing through the new choices.

These undies are super fantastic. They are lighter than a feather, awesomely comfortable,and so very affordable. The perfect package of everything 😍 💕

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. I will make my own clothes before I EVER order from your business again! I placed an order after Christmas- I have kept all this information and would love to supply you with names and positions- and have still not recieved it!! I have reached out to customer service no less than 4 times and have had to fight to get any kind of information on my order, and continuously denied a refund. For product I still don’t have and shipping has never moved on. In fact I was told there was absolutely no problem shipping, implying I’m a liar rather than helping. I don’t even believe my product was ever shipped in the first place. Now, as if that’s not enough, I’ve been told my your customer service manager Raquel that I owe her yet ANOTHER $7 for her to replace product I never received (according to her I’m responsible for your material costs? How does that make sense?) to be reshipped. While still refusing to refund ANY of my money!!!! Please someone explain to me how that makes any sense?? Horrible company representing the worst we have to offer!!! Just make your own, it’s less strife and exploitation!!!

The material is different but not unpleasantly so.

Honestly, CheekBoss is all I wear! I have tried everything and finally found this! I do different cuts and fun colors under my teacher clothes! Great fit! great material! Great wear! I love them!

I love the feel of these panties and I love the size inclusion. I think it’s really cute when they have animal patterns for boy shorts, ugh my favorite! I only wish they had more sustainable practices

Love these panties. The fit is super nice and the quality is great. Many fun patterns although a line of solids would be nice as well.

It was pretty easy to cancel, which I appreciate. I just wish you could get bras as part of the VIP.

I really enjoy the comfort and coverage of the undies. Most of the prints are really cute. I love that they are all no show, and they're pretty breathable. I REALLY wish there was a boxer cut. And sometimes the undies are pretty wedgie prone.

Great comfortable undies. Very soft and cute. I love the Cheekies. I also tried the boy shorts, but the waist is way too high. I wish there was a low rise boy shorts option for us short torso gals.

I absolutely love how soft and stretchy the panties are! Best brand ever. However I do not like the head bands. They are just too big and uncomfortable the way they keep sliding back. So overall it’s a great company and you definitely will continue to get my business. ❤️❤️❤️

I love the underwear. The colors and materials are so fun. However the seams have come open on several pair. Some within the 120 day window and some just after that. I have gone up a size just in case and it still happens. I asked if it was a known error and got no response to that.

Delivery is slow. Some pairs are different widths from left side to right side. Pairs that the sides match and are sized right are great.

I love the cute designs and getting the package once a month is always a treat!
