Ordered a vintage Chesterfield and very happy with the sofa, their showroom was an Aladdin’s cave of vintage stuff!

Our 4 piece special arrived on Friday and we're more than happy with it. The delivery was delayed twice however we were kept up to date and sent a free leather cleaning kit as compensation.

We were really impressed with the range of styles,fabrics and colours.
I wish we had somewhere to put a
' harlequin ' sofa. Ended up with something more traditional. Well worth the time it took to arrive

Great service.. took a while to arrive ,but quality like this is worth waiting for.. fully expect this to last me for many years.

I’ve bought from chesterfields for many years, the build and strength of the sofas are brilliant. Excellent high quality materials are definitely being used making these as ours get loads of use and still feel new

Placed order 28/10/22 waited until 1/2/23 . Arrived without the stool. Many emails, loads of phone calls, hardly ever replies. When they do it's Promise after promise it's on its way still no stool delivered. What do we have to do to get them to forfill their contract of sale. Absolutely disgusting service

Ordered a number of pieces of furniture on 2 September 2022 and advised an 8-10 week lead time - Order 2874. From this point communication ceased and the business would not respond to emails until posting my last review at which point Callum suggested my emails had accidently been going to his junk box. He then advised the order would be ready in another few weeks. Then nothing again, no updates and no response to emails. It is now 23 weeks since the order was placed and the business does not response. Alarms bells are ringing!

Update 10 February.
The response to my review from COE is that I have been emailed to resolve the issue.
No email has been received from this end!

The most unprofessional company to deal with. Does not respond to emails. Paid £1600 in October. Now nearly mid February. Promised it today after a dozen phone calls to them. Has not turned up. DO NOT USE

We were delighted to receive extremely high quality products from Chesterfields of England, (x1 three seat and x1 two seat sofa in Antique Red). Throughout the bespoke construction process we found it easy to gain updates on progress, via the medium of the live chat with the customer service agent on the Chesterfields of England Website. We would highly recommend to fans of the Chesterfield furniture design.

Ordering was easy and quick, the delivery was fairly quick too. In love with my new sofa, very highly recommended

Fantastic products and great service. I would highly recommend to anyone, the sofa is really well made and comfortable.

We received our single seat and double seat sofa in March 2022 and were placed in our snug which has very little use. Since the energy crisis we have used the snug as our main room. The sofa has had some use during this time, however the cushions on the sofa and chair have compressed and do not return to their original shape making the chairs uncomfortable. We emailed CofE for some help in December 2022 and follow up phone calls, neither has been responded to.
We have now taken the cushions to an upholsterers. They have found that the cushions are filled with cheap wadding as opposed to upholstery foam, this is why the cushions do not return to their original shape. This company has not helped us with our issue and customer after sales service is non existent. We have solved the issue ourselves

I am bit frustrated.

I have ordered sofas on Feb22. I was informed on Jun22, that my sofas are prepared.

On Oct22 I have add all necessary infos for delivery to Slovakia.

But until todday, without any response. I tried to contact them more time, but without any reaction.

I do not recommend.

Bought a pair of high back brown leather queen Ann chairs before Christmas. Superb condition made up with them. Really helpful staff and deliverd on time. Perfect.
