I would like to thank Chesterfields for their fantastic service and fantastic product. I was very apprehensive when I initially put my order in as I have never ordered such a product online before. I order 2 leather Chesterfields and I am very pleased with them, the quality is brilliant and they are made to a very high standard. My order was delivered with in the time slot allotted to me.

So finally after a very long wait my chairs that I ordered have arrived! The quality is great and they are super comfortable. The only reason for three star review is that communication over the delay to my order was poor, with me needing to chase to get updates. Get this right with the quality and it would be five star.

We purchased a 2-seater Claredon during lockdown, so we expected the waiting time of 12-16 weeks until delivery.
It finally arrived and we are really pleased with the end product. It is a lovely piece of furniture and quality finish we can not fault. It is comfortable, with a deep seat and back rest, it also brings a cosyness to the room that we were looking for. Even our spoilt labrador has given his approval on it.

We ordered a 3 seater Manchester in hand dyed English Sage leather. Amazing product. An understandable wait (which was notified to us in advance) for manufacture due to COVID, but the quality of the product was well worth it.

Already thinking about what next item we're going to be getting in addition once we move into our new place.

My advise- get the sofa. You won't be disappointed.

Ordered a 'Queen Anne' chair and footstool – both are beautiful items, manufactured in the UK, and the quality is superb. I will be buying from Chesterfields again in the future.

There were some hiccups with the delivery date but, my goodness, Tracie sorted it out in a flash and the furniture was delivered just 2 days late.
The chairs are absolutely beautiful and well worth the wait. Such quality.

We ordered our sofas during lockdown so we hadn’t had a chance to see them in person before ours arrived. They are better than we thought, they are wonderful quality, so comfortable and look gorgeous! I would recommend their sofas without hesitation

We went for a a bright orange vegan leather sofa and we absolutely adore it! Although there were delays the customer service was good. Tracie kept us up to date and was very helpful. Would 100% recommend this company for quality and style!

I have always wanted chesterfields and the opportunity arose to get a sofa, Queen Anne chair, Queen Anne footstool, and club chair, as a set. I was able to get it all since the prices are great, and even got it in my desired colour, bottle green. They arrived yesterday and are absolutely amazing. So beautifully made and clearly a solid structure. I intend to keep them for as long as they last, fingers crossed that is forever! And I won’t hesitate to replace like for like when that sad day comes. Thanks to what is a great local company. Ignore any complaints about delivery - yes mine took 5 months in total to arrive but with Covid it’s understandable. And it’s a short time to wait for something that will last so long and give so much enjoyment. Thanks again!

I've been dreaming about these sofas for years and finally have them! The Cliveden style in 3 seater, 2 seater and a single chair. Despite being nervous about spending so much on something I hadn't seen, they arrived perfect. There was an understandable delay because of Covid but I was kept informed by email and plenty of notice for the delivery was given. These are my 'forever' sofas so worth every penny.

Excellent customer service! Queries on progress of my order were swiftly answered. Obvious delays were due to Brexit/Covid restrictions but able to get the delivery with routine development of the whereabouts of the courier. Very happy with the quality & excellent workmanship of the 2x 3 seater. Will last a lifetime! Thanks & keep up the excellent work.

While due to covid delays and the Christmas rush the sofas took a while to arrive they were well worth the wait. The customer service team always kept in touch and promptly answered any emails.

I did have a problem with my footstool, but Tracie and Callum have agreed to replace it. Otherwise I am very happy with the quality of the chairs and look forward to enjoying them for years to come.

I bought a sofa during summer 2020 and I was so impressed with the quality of the sofa I have recently bought a second one. I love these sofas, they are a real center piece of the room.

One of the wood/brass wheel legs on the first sofa broke during the first 6 months but the customer service was great, they were apologetic and said this was very rare and sent out a replacement on next day delivery.

The delivery of both sofas took slightly longer than expected, but this was pre-warned due to the current Covid-19 situation and the quality of the sofas was well worth the wait.

I am very satisfied.

I recently purchased the 'Queen Anne High Back 3 Piece Suite' which arrived this morning. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the sofa and chairs, and the customer service I received over the phone was excellent.

Love the sofa and LOVE the vegan leather options! No need to harm anything for me to sit my ass down on. Hats off to Chesterfields for doing it right! Great sofa, great service.
