I shopped the Monica Vinader sample sale with Chicmi and from beginning to end it was a very positive experience.The bracelet I order arrived really quickly and very well packaged. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong colour and had to return it,the customer care was fantastic and I reordered. I will definitely shop with Chicmi again.

I do love Monica Vinader jewelry and I often did buy it from their website directly, untill I came across MV sale on Chicmi.
OMG, I am so happy with my order.. I have ordered 3 Fiji Friendship bracelets. Instead of £140, I paid £48 for each. All these bracelets came with no engraving, they were perfect as if I have got them directly from MV.. I also have ordered gemstone bracelet RRP was £325 and I paid less then a £100.
All the items arrived in a nice MV pouches in a couple of days after I have placed my order.

Great quality products received from an established brand, delivery very quick via post office delivery. Appreciated the green packaging the products arrived in, less waste when for personal use rather than bought as a gift is always a positive. Chicmi provided good updates, would recommend their service.

I placed an order on Saturday and paid £5 postage. I have not received an update nor notification or had a response from my chaser email as to where the items are.
Not a good experience as a new customer.
