Everything went smoothly from start communication to actual delivery. Highly recommended:-)

Ok communication through out the buying of a Rolex. The watch arrived on time and in perfect condition. Would use chronoexpert again

All OK........

Very pleasant to deal with. Very fast answer for every question.
Thanks

I would always buy watches from Chronoexpert. Smooth process, very nice and professional contact and service. Requests were responded to very quickly and competently. Many thanks for that !

Excellent service, very friendly staff

Muy buena experiencia tanto durante la compra, asesorando de la misma, como a la recepción de ella con la satisfacción plena del producto comprado

Hi my girlfriend ordered a Rolex 2 weeks ago and made a bank transfer.
After 4 days they told us the watch didn’t passed the quality check . We replied that we want the money transfer back … since that we haven’t heard from them despite 5 emails
Are this a scam company ???

Paid a deposit on a Rolex when I was offshore. By the time I got ashore circumstances changed which meant I could no longer purchase the watch. Have asked for a refund, given details when asked but still nothing. After initial contact it’s all gone quite and I am still £1,000 out of pocket. Not had a good experience so far! Good news, the Company have been in touch and my deposit has been repaid in full. As I now have my refund I will still look at purchasing through them as my chosen watch was over a Thousand pounds more than if I had gotten the one I tried for from Chronoexpert.

Very good communication with Salvatore. After sending the payment, the watch will be sent to the Czech Republic very quickly. I'm very satisfied.

Superbe montre achetée à un prix hyper compétitif.
Mention spéciale à Salvatore, pour son professionnalisme et sa courtoisie !
Merci !!!

everything worked well thanks to David who arranged my omega

I could have a good deal.

The watch I purchased was advertised as having Box and Papers but during the purchase process they told me it did not have either. After agreeing to get me a box and reassuring it’s authenticity I agreed to purchase the watch. It did arrive within 10days approx and the box followed so my overall experience was good and follow up communication etc was very professional.

Very efficient service. Good communication and prompt reply to email queries. Watch was exactly as described and arrived in UK within the stated time with original packaging and documentation. Would be very happy to use this company again.

Everything worked out just fine!

Nick

Great service all round
