My Order exceed expectations in terms of quality, design & pricing
I recently saw a special offer in a well-known magazine for a Chums duvet cover, pillow cases and fitted sheet set. It had such a pretty design which added to the appeal. I placed my order online with Chums and received confirmation including the special reduced pricing. My order was being delivered by Evri courier and they provided me with tracking details so I could monitor my package. It arrived as promised within 2 working days. I have always found Evri to be most reliable and they've never let me down. I am delighted with my duvet set. It has exceeded my expectations in terms of design and quality and of course I have also benefited from their special pricing offer. The combined services of Chums and Evri is a re-assuring buiness association so many thanks to both teams.

SCAMMERS…
They delivered my order to a completely wrong address. I have called them multiple times, paying for each call and they tell me the item was being sent back to them as they supposedly requested from evri. I have contacted evri and this is NOT TRUE. I spoke with some one today at chums called TRINITY, a woman, and she was terrible and rude! Do not lrefer this is a scam website with terrible customer service. They do t respond to emails..on,y option is to phone them on a number that charges.

I ordered trainers from them and within two weeks the tread fell apart…
I ordered trainers from them and within two weeks of wear, the tread started come apart. I emailed them with photos, just got bog standard reply that they received the email. Then got an email saying sorry my purchase not suitable, and advised to send them back in original condition with tags still on, which not possible, as worn them. Sent email stating again my complaint, then no reply for 2 weeks! Emailed again a letter of complaint, giving them two weeks to reply, dead line gone and nothing. Head office will be contacted now!
For years I have been a customer and had no issues with the trainers. Their customer service is crap! They should remember that without customers, they haven't got a business!

Chums did refunded for the item I never received.
I do believe chums did send the item, it was their delivery operator, Evri is the issue.
Evri has “delivered” my items to me. I live in a block of flats and every time Evri leave it by the communal front door instead to my flat on the 2nd floor. There are signs, even one with Evri not to leave parcels there but they either ignore it or, take a photo it was delivered then take it for themselves. I never seem to get my parcels from Evri.
Whilst Chums use Evri, I won’t buy any more items from Chums to save them losing money.

Great straightforward service
I ordered a jacket for my husband but on receipt it was too tight. I returned it and requested a replacement in the next size up. The exchange was simple: the item was returned to an Evri collection point, I was notified when it had been returned to Chums, and a replacement was received today. Great, straightforward service
