Do not.use DPD they never get the right address I don’t think the drivers can read my address is clearly on the gate but left half mile away always the same,I have to go hunting.

The owner Nick who goes by a different surname on small followed social accounts posted hatred on my partners instagram this morning of her car spotting reel. He has never met her and sadly felt the need to do this.

Lovely rugs (bought 2) and slight issue with one was resolved quickly and with a personal touch advising us of the best replacement.

I ordered this product on nov 22 we are now dec 8 and i still dont even have a delievery date
this is the 3rd time i have been asked to review the product but i still havent seen it or know when it will come

I was a returning customer, I ordered and paid for 2 pairs of gloves but only one pair arrived. I have tried to contact City Cows by phone but it just rings out, I have sent them 2 emails and 2 messages through the website but have received no response of any sort. That is not any kind of customer service,

Very efficient service. The leather gloves are a Christmas gift to a relative so I don't know exactly what they are like but they look well made.

Arrived quickly but disappointed with product. Strange colour and sewn together with one side not reaching the other.
I have always bought from city cows but this is the second item which is questionable and I am unsure if I would buy again. My calf hides , large sheepskins and reindeer skin were excellent however.
Thank you City Cows for your quick offer to rectify my latest buy but my Maine Coon kitten thinks it is great and does’nt seem to mind the odd colour.😂 Appreciate your offer though.

My first order with City Cows took about a week which I had no problem with after talking to Nick to be informed he was busy at a show. I didn't enter my discount code at purchase online but Nick was very good to follow it up after I got my order and give me my 10 percent off. I'm very pleased with the quality of the hide as I wanted a hide similar to Zulu Unguni cows in South Africa with their amazing colours and names. I would purchase with city cows again

I bought both a medium berber rug and a couple of sheep skin rugs, excellent quality and speedy delivery.

No response to any emails regarding returns .The money this firm must be making from not returning customers money surely warrants an investigation by Authorities
Nick is a total conman ..Proudly told me he was at Blenheim Palace for the horse trials when i finally contacted him..
