Lauren Phillips and her team were extremely helpful in conducting our late fathers estate and probate. We were out at ease and kept informed along the way. We are very grateful for their help and continuing support.

I was assisted with my will by Carly Ellis at the Bridgend Branch. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. I also dealt with laura Jones who was assisting Carly. They were both excellent at responding to my queries.
I felt that carly dealt with me in a very professional and friendly way and I would highly recommend her .

I would like to say how well my partner and myself have been treated by Carly Ellis. She was absolutely amazing from day one and she explained everything so well and treated us with respect and she was a pleasure to work with with instructions for our wills . I can't recommend her enough . Thank you so much Carly .

Have used Natalie for over 10 years now, on all of my property transactions. Historically has been residential purchase/sale. This one was a development and honestly couldn't have been more knowledgable and proactive. Was a really difficult case and through no fault of CJCH dragged on for what seemed an eternity, but everything we needed was actioned efficiently and accurately. Just a shame the same couldn't be said for the other parties within the process. Incredible! Thanks guys!

Recently had the pleasure of using Theresa, Gemma & the team for a property purchase and from start to finish I found the whole experience very straightforward. If I needed further information, Theresa was always readily available to offer her advice & on the day of completion things went very smoothly. Thank you CJCH.

Shambolic depressing service. Found out today, of the fact that my legal representative (Solicitor) has left the company. If I had not attended their premises, to Dispense of their services. I would still be unaware, that I do not have legal representation. Avoid!

Recently used Theresa and her team for a purchase of our new home.

I couldn’t fault any of them, they were super quick with answering any queries and were on the ball every step of the way with zero delays in anything. By far the best solicitors I have ever used.

We used Carly Ellis to write our wills and could not be more impressed with her professionalism. From our first meeting, she was very friendly and took care to explain everything simply. She answered all our questions thoroughly and made sure every aspect of our wishes were reflected in our will. We couldn’t recommend her more!

The service is excellent and the response rate is amazing. I used CJCH as solicitors for my mortgage and the team really exceeded my expectations. My transactions were given utmost attention and the team provided clarifications as and when needed. CJCH made the whole process very seamless.

Used CJCH recently to help with all the legal stuff for the sale of our house. Service received from CJCH was fantastic. Always keep us up to date with the progression of the sale and replied quickly with any questions we asked. Would defo recommend.

During a stressful and upsetting redundancy, I was introduced to Danielle. She was so supportive, and guided me through the whole process with utter neutrality, showing care and true compassion, and was so informative.

Whenever my previous employer dropped the ball, she stepped in and managed it all for me, removing the added stress of the situation. I will be forever grateful for her unwavering support.

I’m really thankful to Danielle, who kindly supported me through a redundancy. Her kindness and knowledge took a huge weight off my shoulders. Throughout the whole process, Danielle kept me updated and answered any and all of my questions (and there were a lot!) with care and empathy. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Danielle 😊

Super responsive service. No issue at all. Highly recommended.

I recently instructed Danielle Pinocci-Hall to act on my behalf as solicitor in relation to a redundancy matter. I was incredibly impressed with the service I received. From the outset, she demonstrated a clear understanding of my situation and provided expert guidance throughout. Communication was prompt, clear and reassuring at every stage. Danielle's professionalism and support made a stressful situation far more manageable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services – a genuinely positive experience from start to finish.

We used CJCH for selling and purchasing a property and we were absolutely delighted with the entire service. We instructed Sarah Evans who was assisted by Amelia Hunt and throughout the process no work, question or task was too difficult and even when there where issues with the chain, Sarah and Amelia ensured that the issued were addressed immediately. We had thorough contact throughout the process and both Sarah and Amelia were efficient with everything thrown their way.

Thank you both for making a stressful process, slightly less stressful. We will definitely be recommending you and using again in the future.

All our best wishes,
Siân and Rob Evans

Stephanie was very good and helped me with my case , kept me up to date and got the job done. Would highly reccomend

Theresa assisted us with the purchase of our first home. The process was very quick (6 weeks from onboarding to completion). They kept us up to date throughout and were on hand to answer any questions we had along the way. We did have to chase things up a bit towards the end but I think that was more to do with our sellers solicitors being a bit slow.

They are very reasonably priced for the service they provide. No hidden costs. We paid exactly what we were quoted on day one.

Big thank you to Theresa, Kimberley and Gemma. I would definitely recommend CJCH solicitors.

Perfect from beginning to end. Theresa, Kimberley and Gemma took all the stress away from us with our house purchase. They kept us in the loop without having to send hundreds of emails. Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend using CJCH solicitors in Blackwood. We haven't got one negative thing to say about the service we have received. Thank you so very much ❤️

Attention To detail and excellent service are what i have come to expect from Marcus And Clare after using CJCH for over 20 Years.
