CJCH solicitors have proved to be a reliable firm. They have been encouraging during the course of my house selling and buying. As I am an older client I found them respectful to my needs when I didn’t understand some issues that arose. I would highly recommend this firm.

Highly recommend CJCH. Nia and the team were great! Communication was great throughout the process. They were always available via email and over the phone when needed.

Nia and Rebecca have been excellent on the sale of my property. Keeping me up to date every step of the way!

They have been responsive when I’ve had questions/issues and their advice has been invaluable.

Exchanging and completing was very stressful for me as it’s my first time selling a property and Rebecca has been so reassuring and I know has worked really hard (especially this week) to get my sale completed.

So happy I went with them!

Look forward to continuing to work with you on my purchase

Natalie Summers & Carly Jones and the team are absolutely fantastic, they handled the purchase of our property expertly. Excellent and prompt communication all of the time, detailed and professional advice, cannot fault this service and highly recommend them.

We chose CJCH after being recommend and we weren’t disappointed. They were fantastic when dealing with our house purchase on our behalf. Communication was really good and swift responses. Theresa, Kimberly and Gemma were brilliant. Thank you

Sarah Evans and Amelia Hunt handled everything in a friendly, empathetic, caring and professional manner at a time when I was going through some personal issues and in the process of selling my property. I cannot speak too highly of them and CJCH and would recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend CJCH Solicitors. Victoria was lovely and very helpful every step of the way.
Thank you for calming any stresses we had and always getting back to us with additional information.
We always felt we were kept in the loop.
Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We recently had the pleasure of using CJCH on the sale of our property and purchase of our new property. Kimberley was with us from day one and from start to finish I found the whole experience straightforward and nothing was too much tricky. If I needed further information, Kimberley was always readily available, replying quickly and always offered the most helpful advice. She also helped us to push through the completion before an upcoming holiday and even with tight deadlines things went very smoothly on the day. Thank you CJCH and in particular Kimberley for all of your help, support and unwavering determination to get us to the finish line!

I was recommended CJCH by a work colleague. Having received extortionate quotes from local solicitors when getting my offer excepted for buy my first house. I hadn’t been through the buying process before, the staff at CJCH were very informative, telling me each step and what will happen next. From me instructing them to completion was 5 weeks, which is unheard of from people I have spoken to.
I cannot recommend this solicitors enough.
I dealt with Kimberly, Theresa and Gemma - thank you so much.

Emma and Catherine worked on the purchase of my first home, and I couldn't be more thankful.

They were knowledgeable, responsive and quick - less than 6 weeks from start to finish. Emma was particularly helpful, walking me through the steps and keeping in touch daily during a stressful part of the process.

The quote was clear, with no hidden costs or surprises.

I would definitely recommend CJCH solicitors.

Approachable competent team; very helpful and knowledgeable regarding estate planning and will preparation. I feel confident that I have the best outcome for my family.

Amazing experience with the company all done fast and efficient. Special thank you to Danielle who has been amazing throughout the process. Again thank you and I highly recommend.

Great communication all the way through process of selling our home despite bumps in the road with buyers pulling out.
Emails always responded too in timely manner too
