Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Kundenservice! Obwohl die Garantie meines Glätteisens bereits abgelaufen war, habe ich den Support kontaktiert, da es nicht mehr funktioniert hat.

Zu meiner großen Überraschung wurde mir aus Kulanz ein neues Gerät zugeschickt damit habe ich wirklich nicht gerechnet!

So einen freundlichen und entgegenkommenden Service erlebt man nicht oft. Vielen Dank dafür absolut empfehlenswert!

I've been using Dyson Carole for the last four years and didn't know which straightener to choose read some reviews and decided on the cloud nine contour iron because I wave and curl my hair.l couldn't believe how light it is compared to the Dyson and how brilliant it is to curl my hair amazing wish I'd changed earlier.

Too long to receive refund and also no consistency with whom you are dealing with.
Not happy that my travel hairdryer was recalled, but no replacement offered.
