I am writing a review to warn people…
I am writing a review to warn people about the cloud nine hair straighteners. I bought this for my daughter switching from GHD thinking these were the best in the business. Sadly this is not the case. The first ones stopped heating up so customer services replaced them. This happened just after 2 years. Leading 3 year warranty is not leading as the second ones broke down again due to mot heating up. Having looked at reviews it seems that this is a regular occurrence and are not built to last more then 2 years. They tried charging me £99 to repair. Two weeks no straighteners have now gone back to GHDs. Be careful buying these.
They have replaced the straighteners free of charge and the service was good but they will not repair or replace after this. So again i will be in the same boat as before. They do not last long at all. Cheap ones last longer than these.

Best hair dryer ever
Best hair dryer ever. Only used once so far but it’s v good. The barrels create volume at roots and curls. Looking fwd to using again

Great customer service.
Unfortunately my year old straighteners stopped working and so I contacted customer service.
The agent I spoke to was very helpful and gave me return instructions which I followed.
Within a short time I was sent a replacement.

I love the flat iron
I love the flat iron; it does a great job. The cloud Nine hair product is amazing. Haven't used the drying brush yet.

Absolutely love my airpro plus with the volumisers. I had to contact cloud nine twice (needed a more thorough answer from the 1st response), and they replied quickly. It would be better to have a small booklet showing what the buttons do though!

The Company is awful
The Company is awful. My items were delivered but never reached me after raising this and sending in lots of evidence aswell as reporting to the police as they instructed me to cloud 9 still wouldn't give my refund. They did send a replacement which I told them I no longer needed as it was a gift for a family member. When i didnt receive my items i had to go out and get another gift . The amount of money this company will make. Why could a replacement be sent out but no refund ? I could understand if I didnt provide any evidence but I did. Shocking will never order again from cloud 9.
