Unfortunately my year old straighteners stopped working and so I contacted customer service.
The agent I spoke to was very helpful and gave me return instructions which I followed.
Within a short time I was sent a replacement.

Absolutely love my airpro plus with the volumisers. I had to contact cloud nine twice (needed a more thorough answer from the 1st response), and they replied quickly. It would be better to have a small booklet showing what the buttons do though!

The Company is awful
The Company is awful. My items were delivered but never reached me after raising this and sending in lots of evidence aswell as reporting to the police as they instructed me to cloud 9 still wouldn't give my refund. They did send a replacement which I told them I no longer needed as it was a gift for a family member. When i didnt receive my items i had to go out and get another gift . The amount of money this company will make. Why could a replacement be sent out but no refund ? I could understand if I didnt provide any evidence but I did. Shocking will never order again from cloud 9.

Disappointing - would not recommend
Unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed with the Contouring Iron, particularly due to serious concerns around safety.
When using the iron at 180°C, the outer casing became extremely hot and caused a burn. This was the main reason I returned the product. I would expect a styling tool to be designed with appropriate safety measures and to have undergone thorough testing and quality checks before being shipped to customers.
What I found particularly disappointing was the lack of concern shown by Cloud Nine regarding the injury caused. Having experienced a burn during normal use, I expected the issue to be taken seriously and for there to be genuine concern about the safety implications. Despite sharing photos the injury was largely disregarded, naturally this was extremely disappointing.
Additionally I also found the 90mm plates noticeably shorter than the 100mm plates I’m used to. In my opinion, the length wasn’t sufficient for creating curls as easily as I had expected, particularly given that the Contouring Iron is advertised as being designed to create curls and movement. I found it more difficult to achieve the curls I was looking for compared with my previous BaByliss iron, which is over 10 years old.
Overall I expected more in terms of the product’s safety and performance.

The straightener is fantastic
The straightener is fantastic, I have hardly any hair loss now after a full hair straighten, which is not normally the case. I have received compliments from others wondering if I have a new hair cut. It was a big purchase, but hopefully it lasts as long as my previous straighteners, and it is already proving worth the price point. I would recommend these straighteners to anyone with curly frizzy hair, they are a joy to use.
