Having been catheterised for very nearly a year, I have now had a prostate operation and have happily rejoined the world of the weeing. During this rather lengthy episode with its various ups and downs, the one thing that I could always rely on was the treatment and efficiency I received from your company. I always ordered by phone because everyone I spoke to was always friendly, considerate, polite and professional. If there was a wait for a staff member to be available, I was only ever left for a few minutes and then offered a callback, which also always happened very quickly. Alas, a far cry from most companies who insist on serenading me with canned classics for half an hour or so. I was sent various emails to inform me of the progress of my orders and they were always delivered on time and with the correct contents. Rather sadly, such behaviour has become all too rare among today’s business world but it has been a pleasure to discover in Coloplast a company who still upholds such high standards. You clearly recognise that very many of your customers are elderly and going through a very difficult time in their lives and your caring, considerate, reliable and efficient approach has been very much appreciated.

Coloplast have always been incredibly helpful but last Friday I realised that supplies were running low and my GP had sent my prescription to the wrong supplier. I got it reissued and rang Coloplast to explain and ask when I could expect delivery. The lady I spoke was incredibly helpful and released the items for delivery immediately telling me I could expect them on Monday.

Less than 24 hours later the courier knocked on my door. I cannot praise everyone involved in the process enough.

Had a great online lady called Samantha who changed my details for my Primary Address and new GP after moving home. All done in a flash!

I have been a customer of Coloplastcharter for sometime and am alwsys well supported by them. I recently contacted them to request samples of a new product and clinician May Ali contacted me to discuss. We had a comprehensive discussion looking at options. May listened well and asked questions explaining the process whilst allowing me to ask further questions. She arranged to send me samples which arrived the next day. We have had a follow up call to check how things went. I am going to do some more and we will have another call next week. May gave me plenty of time and I felt well supported. May is clearly experienced and good at her job and is a credit to Coloplast Charter.

Coloplast is a very special organisation. Their equipment is fantastic and very easy to use, When I am running short of catheters they react very fast. For their catheters there is no alternative. The Coloplast staff are also very friendly and helpful. I give this company a 100% vote for efficiency

Only been with colorplast a couple month. But they are really good take all the embarrassment out of my situation ordering is easy , and delivery is fast and discreet , very helpful company to deal with , can’t recommend them enough

Having had the incorrect product ordered by my local district nurse, my wife was in very urgent need of the correct product. Martine at Coloplast was truly very efficient and understanding and arranged an urgent delivery of the correct product. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness.

I have used Coloplast Charter for eighteen years now and have always found them very helpful and reliable. Supplies are delivered automatically monthly without the need for me to do anything.
I unusually had to make contact today to request some ad hoc supplies and spoke to Teghan who sorted my request very promptly.

Teghan was super helpful on live chat today, sorting out an error from my GP in record time. Fairly new to Coloplast but so far exceeding my expectations, I’m sure it’ll be seamless if everyone is as helpful as her!
