Would give zero if possible. Please do not use unless you want to wait at least 30 minutes for your car to be collected and a minimum of 30 minutes to collect your car when you arrive back. If they had made this clearer when booking we would not have used them. It is definitely worth paying a bit more and using official Manchester Airport Parking/Jetparks Ringway. Difficult to get hold of them on the phone and when they do answer they are rude and brag about the fact that they have a 1000 cars

Booked meet & greet but very disappointed. Charged extra £15 both times for parking, even it was not clearly mentioned in booking. Car was also driven 15 miles when parking is only 2 miles away. Won’t book again.

We arrived at car park and a minibus was waiting to take us to railway station and exactly the same on return. Will be using them again.

What an absolute breeze this carpark is from start to finish. Easy to locate, staff friendly and efficient, tram is quick and easy. I made a mistake with the days and came back a day earlier than I'd booked, this was no trouble at all and he was there within 15 minutes of us being outside. Car was safe and secure at night and locked up. Would highly recommend and will always use them in future bookings.

Hidden charges for drop off and pick up at £12, thankfully we took our old car and not our “good” car as the car park is down a dimly lit road leading to a car park which does not fill you with confidence at leaving your car there. Pick up was a 40 min wait with rude staff when I called to chase where they were. I am not one for leaving reviews however this company are beyond awful.

Good service - the transfer to and from Heathrow T5 was really good, driver used back roads and avoided the heavy traffic.
The chaps at the parking pound were courteous and friendly,
Excellent value for money, had to pay £6 each way for the access to Heathrow pick up / drop off, but even taking this into account, this was excellent value, better than the train and stress free.

Awful service! Avoid! Called 20 mins before arriving at Heathrow and after 45 mins waiting and several calls finally arrived to take our keys. Coming home our flight was cancelled so we called to advise them. They were more concerned on us paying £20 extra that we did straight away and had to wait 35 minutes for the car to arrive. This is not meet & greet!

We have used their service at Bristol & Heathrow and have to day say that it has been excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of using this parking service, and I can't speak highly enough about my experience! From the very beginning, the communication was excellent. I booked my parking spot a week before traveling, and despite the upcoming strikes, I was able to secure a fantastic deal for my four-night stay.

Upon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. I was picked up and dropped off within a fantastic time frame, which made my travel experience that much more enjoyable. Even when I was running two hours late, the staff was incredibly accommodating and understanding. Their flexibility truly stood out and alleviated any stress I had about being late.

One of the highlights of this service was the efficiency—there was absolutely no waiting time for either pickup or drop-off. Everything was organized and timely, which is invaluable when you're traveling. I was flying from Terminal 2, and the seamless process made my journey on the 11th of September a breeze, allowing me to focus on enjoying my trip instead of worrying about logistics.

The pricing was also very reasonable. For just £49 for my stay plus £12 for parking, I felt I received exceptional value for the service provided. Given the level of convenience and peace of mind that came with it, I would say it was worth every penny.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely be using this company again in the future. A big thank you to the team for making my travel experience so enjoyable!

The company I dealt with is called Safe Meet and Greet. I found them through the partner website Compare Parking Prices, which I now know is just as dodgy as the companies it promotes. Both should be avoided at all costs.

Safe Meet and Greet are nothing short of thugs who lie to customers, show no professionalism, and behave aggressively when challenged. Without my consent they drove my car more than 30 miles, adding unnecessary mileage and putting my insurance at risk. They left me waiting for over two hours, delayed my collection, and when I questioned them about it they were rude, dismissive, and aggressive towards me. Their conduct was intimidating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. It is obvious they don’t know what they are doing and have no regard for customer safety or basic standards of care.

Because of this, I have formally reported both Safe Meet and Greet and Compare Parking Prices to Trading Standards. Their behaviour is unsafe and dishonest, and in my opinion they should not be allowed to operate.

The bigger problem is Compare Parking Prices. This website appears to funnel bookings into the same group of people, just using different business names to give the illusion of choice. When I checked Companies House, the connections between these names became clear. The contact centre gives fake names when you call, provides inconsistent information, and from the way they operate I don’t even believe they are UK-based – it is far more likely they are run from overseas, possibly India.

On top of that, I can 100% confirm the positive reviews on the Compare Parking Prices site are fake and misleading. They are designed to trick customers into thinking these companies are reliable when they are anything but.

Safe Meet and Greet, along with Compare Parking Prices, are unsafe, dishonest, aggressive, and incompetent. They cannot be trusted with anyone’s vehicle. For your own safety, peace of mind, and to protect your car, avoid them completely. There are far better and genuinely professional parking services available.

We had been apprehensive due to the mixed reviews and when we initially drove into the parking area, it looks a little dirty and messy. However all staff were very professional and the transfer to the airport and more importantly, back, was fantastic.
We are rebooking for sure.

I booked a Meet and Greet service from the Heathrow Airport Parking Services option, and the experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish.

From the moment I entered my details on the site, I was bombarded with aggressive calls and messages, which felt more like pressure tactics than customer support. I selected this Meet and Greet option from several offers, but under this pressure, I rushed through the booking and only later reviewed the terms and conditions—particularly the section on vehicle damage, which raised serious concerns.

Realising this, I attempted to switch my booking to a different provider (Panda) via their WhatsApp channel. Despite their earlier flood of messages, their tone changed dramatically. They responded with vague, one-word replies and never confirmed the change. I received no updated booking email, and I strongly suspect the provider was never switched, despite their verbal assurances.

Upon my return, I followed their instructions to call upon landing and again after collecting my luggage. When I arrived at Level 4 of Terminal 3, Heathrow, no staff were present. I eventually found my car myself and had to call them to discover that the key had been left unsecured in the rear driver’s side wheel—a practice I found careless and unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I noticed a scratch and a dent near the exhaust pipe. I called immediately, only to be met with indifference. I was told to “send photos before and after” and then the call was abruptly ended. No apology, no follow-up, no resolution.

Adding insult to injury, I was forced to pay £11.50 for the return parking fee—well above the minimal £7.50 I had anticipated—due to the delay and lack of proper coordination. When I complained on the phone I was told that I should be happy as there was a lot of traffic and then they terminated the call.

The entire experience felt like a bait-and-switch operation: once they had my money, they showed no interest in customer care or accountability. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company/website. You may save a few pounds upfront, but the stress, damage, and disregard are simply not worth it.

Site seems like a scam.

As I was entering my details I got a phone call from an Indian accented person who had details of everything I’d entered on the site. They also offered me a further discount on the spot then proceeded to contact me through WhatsApp with a further discount.

Prices seem to good to be true generally are.

Avoid this site at all costs!

Be very careful when using this company, as they clearly make no effort to vet the service providers that they are recommending.
We sent over money to Compare Parking Prices and booked Meet and Greet Parking through a company called 'Express Parking Heathrow- Meet and Greet.'
My car has a tracker and I noticed that for the duration of my 2 week holiday, my car was dumped at the rear of Colnbrook Village Hall in a Public car park. No security patrols. No fencing. No CCTV, as claimed on the site.

Not interested when things go wrong. Booked parking through this company. The company used my car while it was supposed to be parked and I incurred congestion charges as a result. Refuse to refund.

Be careful! Didn't explain all charges , had to wait over an hour for car, poor communication.

Simply be careful of only choosing reputable provider especially for Meet & Greet. They don’t screen the providers and you can be mis-sold “secure” parking services.
I have booked one that they would have parked my car in a field. I requested cancellation when I found out and they haven’t dealt with my complaints at all.
I wouldn’t trust them at all they are so many other similar websites more reliable.

Do not book with them!
After making a booking, purchasing a cancellation cover with it (which according to their terms and conditions provides a full refund, no admin fee) we unfortunately had to cancel the booking.
Took them weeks to provide a refund (also many chaser emails from us) and even then we didn't get a full refund. When tried to put a complaint through it was the same person (Anna) replying that we've been emailing with not even knowing about their own terms and conditions. Super unprofessional company. I'm still trying to get my money back! If you can avoid them please do as it's not worth the hassle.
