Friendly service with very competitive prices.

Great service and on time. Thanks

I was impressed by the order process and the price. The delivery man was very amiable and efficient.

I would have given 5 stars, but the delivery was one day late. According to the delivery man, it was because the usual driver's mother had just passed away. This would have been fine if I had been notified that the delivery would be late as a result.

Our delivery came on time and was at an affordable price.

Best company ever.
Such a great company to deal with. Lovely help at the end of the phone and clear website to order from. Will always go to Console for my oil etc. Thanks for being awesome.

I paid extra to get the delivery before 5th of June and didn’t get the delivery. I phoned the office to find out what had happened and request a refund for the extra money I paid but I was told head office would deal with it, but nothing happened. The service is very poor

On time , very happy that they adjusted the price down to reflect the actual amount that went in to the tank.
Overall great service, thanks

The usual high standard of service from Consols Oils. Friendly, no hassle booking and a good price. Plus, of course, the ever-friendly and efficient Jon doing the delivery.
Highly recommended.

Great price and quick delivery. Recommended.

good reception and helpful when ordering when delivery being made excellent service

Always use this company as they are very reliable, the drivers are always courteous and respectful of the property

Excellent customer service and prompt delivery as always!

Lack of communication regarding delivery.

Easy process throughout

Always very helpful

I placed my order directly with Consols partly based on previous positive reviews I had read and a quoted price for delivery within a fixed period.
The delivery wasn’t made on schedule (Friday 14th February) and when I phoned the office to query I was told someone would get back to me with an update. No call came. I phoned again on Monday and Tuesday of the following week to get an update. There was no apology for the delay either of the delivery or that no-one had bothered to contact me to tell me when the delivery would be.
I eventually received the delivery 6 days late. Will think twice next time!

Money off voucher helped us save £30 on this order plus Consol Oils were the cheapest around.

Very impressed, happy helpfull delivery driver.better price than B juice.
