Recently moved into our first home and Jessica Hayward @ Conveyancing Direct has been absolutely brilliant!
Quick responses, phone calls to explain everything in detail (when I’ve been confused).
The whole process has run so smoothly and Jess has played a massive part in ensuring this!

Myself and my partner had Callum as our solicitor and he has been nothing shy of brilliant, very friendly, on the ball as soon as anything comes through. Many hiccups along the way for the sale on the sellers side that he was able to sort out very quickly

Emily Briers is simply fantastic and did a wonderful job of navigating us through the process of buying our property. She is very thorough and knowledgeable, remained in contact throughout to handle any questions and keep us informed.

They have delayed everything and have lied to us through ails about what they have and haven’t done. Avoid.

We moved back in August after having a house sale fall through in February. Harry Haddock dealt with us and it was a stressful period apart from one hiccup with our land registry we had no issues and I badgered him daily, poor guy. We managed to complete with a chain of seven in nine weeks.

Property lawyer decided that once I had completed to completely ghost me, despite me reaching out to let them know that they'd missed some important details on the paperwork. It's been over a year since completing and these issues still haven't been resolved and I haven't got any emails back. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend!
