Click and collect strip wood
A specific size of strip wood was ordered online and the time frame for collection given (next day). On arrival within the timeframe, the ordered piece was waiting for me in the sales/collection department. All staff were friendly and eager to help.

Not great service….
The store at Bordon had received my order for collection, but claimed not to know about it when my wife went to pick it up - it wasn’t ready and once she showed them the invoice, they fetched the items, although gave us 13 when we paid for 14, and didn’t include fixings until prompted….
