The company makes it easy to manage your insurance online, the company check that u have received documents

No cover for first 30 days - that’s fine which means you pay for 12 months but only get 11mths cover. Then if you make a claim in first 90 days they won’t pay out in full but reduced cover!! So pay for 12 and only get 8!! If you appliance is old they want a receipt of purchase - if you don’t have then no cover - this is a total rip off product and waste of money!!

Easy to navigate website and great customer service

She was very rude, I rang up as my freezer was making noises but as I only put insurance on not long before I couldn’t claim so said that was fine I will get it fixed or by a new one but she insisted that she would be taking my fridge freezer of I said there’s no need as I will be getting it fixed or buying another one which I did the same make. In the end I gave up arguing and told her to cancel it all and I will go with some one else, and I still haven’t received a cancellation email

The price I was quoted was much more affordable for four appliances than I was paying for one.

Called them more than 10 days ago after two days of Samsung TV screen rolling/jumping.
They then told me it would be over 10 days before a TV engineer could visit.
He came today. Screen still rolling/jumping so he took many photos of it. Then said it can be fixed ? But no indication of if and when that might be done !?
He said he would submit a report to Cover for Less and they will make a decision either to repair or scrap the TV. Again no timescale for the resolution !?
So we are thinking of cancelling our contract when due for renewal as things like this that we are paying premiums for shouldn’t take over two to three weeks to resolve.
Very bad inbuilt delays in this companies system of dealing with problems.
