wow what a con you get a lovely policy and then you find out that 3 months after paying you policy and you need a repair you have to pay the whole amount of your policy before they send someone out. It states you had to have the policy one month before claiming not sorry you have to pay for the whole policy regardless of having a direct debit and being paid for 3 month. Now on phone waiting for sales team they are so busy they will have to call me back.

so now cancelling the policy

Took a while to complete but a very professional engineer repaired the cooker and it works like a new one ...well pleased !!!

I today took out insurance for all of my kitchen appliances on one simple policy. My previous insurer would not allow me to do this and was significantly more expensive. It wasn’t Cover4less their customer service was brilliant I would give them 5 stars
I can’t though because of the unacceptable wait time for the Indesit engineer two weeks for the call out to check what’s wrong, which only took 5 minutes then another two weeks for the engineer to come back and fix the problem? Considering that this washing is used by a bed bound cancer patient, 4WEEKS without a washing machine isn’t acceptable.
Once it’s fixed meant to be fully working it’s now leaking water.

I was given a quote that would match my budget and saved me £157 on my previous quote. and i recieved good customer service
