He has been very helpful throughout this and discussed the property with me at length - a potential issue was raised months after his initial survey, and he went back to double check it of his own volition.
He has been extremely responsive and shown fantastic care for his customers. Great service all around, thank you for your help.

Lovely friendly lady who handled my call at the start and directed me to trust pilot where I read numerous really good reviews about the company.
Very good value for money compared to several other companies that I approached and were charging considerably more and did not have any reviews.
Excellent customer service and they were able to book me a prompt appointment -thankyou Anu, and the report was provided shortly afterwards - thankyou Thomas.
I recommend the company.

Thoroughly recommend. Initial valuation was arranged quickly and easily and was returned in a timely manner. Ended up requiring an extension at very short notice and having contacted them in the morning, received a desktop valuation extension by the end of the same day. Can not thank them enough for their swift work.

After a longer than usual house purchase and sale for various reasons, our initial valuation expired days before we were due to complete. They said 5 days to get the report once completed and was spot on. I did have a couple of hiccups which was mainly my fault but they dealt with everything calmly and professionally.

I am incredibly impressed by the service that Crest surveyors and our contact, Anu, provided. They were quick, efficient, flexible and helpful. We had issues with a property purchase falling through before the survey and this was very easily moved with Anu's help.

Appalling customer service after delivering survey report
Building survey and inspection went ahead as scheduled, no postponements or delays. Report was delivered in time as promised. This review focusses on the content of the report.
In summary, critical aspects of report were fraught with boilerplate and generic language, with insufficient details. Example, report makes mention of “signs of dampness” without providing a clue of the area/surface where dampness was identified. Report referred me to a plethora of specialists for further assessment of the initial findings and observations. No cost estimates were provided for recommended work.
I made several unsuccessful attempts to speak with surveyor regarding portions of report I needed clarification and further info on. Emails were not responded to, phone calls went unanswered. Their service is highly and exorbitantly priced and yet they are non-responsive to follow up questions/issues, post survey.
I am very disappointed with their apparent lack of assistance after delivering report.
I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Good experience & thorough survey
Simple booking and scheduling. The surveyor was very helpful and we were able to speak to him the day after the survey prior to heading into lockdown. The report was thorough and broken down well, with varying levels of areas that were assessed.

I did a lot of research and I can say that Crest proved to be the right choice. They were consistently well reviewed on Trustpilot so gave them my business. They did everything they said they would and Ben was an exemplary surveyor and took the time to talk me through the report after I had received it 6 days after his visit (as promised).

Got our valuation booked in relatively quickly, and the surveyor did a thorough job. The report is detailed. Only slight issue was an error in the invoicing process, but this was rectified quickly by us.
