I can’t stress enough how amazing Crest…
I can’t stress enough how amazing Crest were!!! They have very competitive pricing, arranged a survey very quickly (everywhere else was offering 2-3 week waiting time and they arranged one in a few days). The surveyor also identified a problem with the lease after not being able to access the loft. After the vendor dropped off the keys the surveyor went back free of charge to complete the survey, which I was very impressed with as it wasn’t their fault at all that they hadn’t been able to access the loft. Anu was extremely helpful throughout and responded quickly to calls/emails. The report was emailed to me 2 working days after the survey was completed. So basically everything was great! I will be recommending them to everyone. Thank you very much!

An appointment was promptly arranged. The surveyor kept us informed of when he was going arrive and we received a concise and clear report within one week. I couldn't really ask for more!

Very happy! Fast, Professional, Responsive and good value
I was on the lookout for a surveyor who could arrange to have a HomeBuyer report completed ASAP. During COVID this was pretty tough as most other surveyors were fully booked until the first or second week of September (3 - 4 week wait time).
Crest managed to fit me in 2 weeks earlier than anyone else.
There was one minor problem where I approved a quote but was not contacted to make payment, This delayed the survey date by a couple of days. When I raised this it was resolved very quickly. Crest stated it was due to the volume of work as the property market is going a bit mad at the moment.
Everyone I spoke to over the phone or email was polite, professional and friendly. They were very responsive to my enquiries often responding after their working hours were officially over.
Special shout out to Anu who replied to my calls and queries with lightning speed and even spent some time after 5pm managing my requests. It was much appreciated and Anu helped secure a new survey date at the earliest opportunity. Top notch customer service.
The survey results came back well within the 5 day window and the costs were slightly cheaper than some of the other quotes in the area.
I would definitely recommend using this company and they will be my first choice if I decide to relocate in the future!

HomeBuyers & Valuation Survey
Excellent service received from Crest in obtaining a RICS HomeBuyers and Valuation report for a prospective home purchase. Price was reasonable compared to other companies and most of all, the Chartered Surveyors report findings and recommendations helped to provide the due diligence we were looking for in terms of property condition and valuation from an independent perspective.
Anu was particularly helpful from start to finish In clarifying the services offered by Crest, coordinating the survey, dealing with queries with the Chartered Surveyor and issuing the final report, all in a short space of time.
