Beware !!!! My child ordered shoes 2 weeks ago still nothing ! Can’t locate order or track it. Calling bank for fraud!!!

I love my boots they came within 3 days of my order date an the fit well I love them!

Even though you can’t return the shoes for an exchange and on top of that they take $19 of the return out of your money sucks. But as far as the customer service goes it’s outstanding! They responded to my emails expeditiously and even helped me choose the size that I needed which was very much appreciated. The only reason I gave four stars is because of the $19 they take out of your money especially if I’m reordering for a different size.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! My child ordered a $179.00 pair of shows and never received them nor did we receive a refund.

They helped me track my package and make sure it was coming on time it is a very good company i think it’s one of the best and the shoes are perfect and cheap. Wonderful!!

I received the shoes on 8/5/24; however, they were too small. There was not a receipt nor return label in the box. I went to the website to see their return/exchange policy and they were closed for the summer (crazy right?!). I started a chat to inquire about returning. Being that we are in two different time zones, I closed the chat and waited for a response via email (as stated on their chat box). I never received the link that they claim to have sent me and I am stuck with shoes that are too small because I am outside of their 15-day return window.

Returned my shoes, they told me that they will refund my money within 10 days. We are now more than a month further, still haven’t got my money back. Also they’re not responding in my mails. Like how difficult is if to refund a customer’s money??????

Amazing customer service!!! My shoes came with the wrong laces, i emailed them and i got an reply soooo fast, plus they are so sweet !! Really fast shipping, amazing overall! I will definitely order from them again!

Excellent customer service still exist that’s all I can say, I ordered the wrong shoe size for my teenage boys immediate response back once I emailed them immediately took action and my boys correct sizes of shoes is on the way very much. Appreciate the customer service. I will definitely be ordering again.

Yes they are nice and fast

I literally just purchased the Strong 300 Limited Edition sneakers 10 mins ago in the wrong size! However, I sent an email directly after explaining my situation and they replied immediately notifying me that my size was now changed to the correct size! I haven’t received the sneakers yet of course, but the customer service is a 10/10! I can’t wait to receive my shoes!

I love my shoes, and shipping was super fast. When I initially purchased the shoes the lace had a noticeable snag. When I first reached out the customer service rep stated they did not see an issue with the string. However, I was able to show where the lace was impacted. Long story short, the team immediately replaced the strings and I received new ones within the week. Will purchase from again.
