I lost my shoes at work and they were gone the next day. I had a $19.90 discount that brought the price down to $179.10. I reached out in August 2026 I wrote an email and all i got was a sorry back and no follow up just “well send the coupon later” I bought these shoes not even a year ago Now they're charging $245 for the same shoes. They offered a discount code but never sent it and just said they'd get back to me and never did. How can the company improve? Actually follow through on their promises and give customers what they're owed instead of leaving us hanging.

I ordered the wrong size and once I contacted customer service, they replied quick and fixed it right away

I never received my package and have been emailing the company about this since July. At first, we were in contact, but they eventually stopped responding completely.

I still have no package, no solution, and no proper explanation. It’s extremely frustrating to be left without any response after trying to resolve the issue for months.

Very disappointing customer service. I expected them to at least communicate and provide a solution.

come voto d’ho 5 stelle perché la spedizione è stata molto rapida e accurata. Ho ordinato le scarpe ieri mattina e mi sono arrivate oggi pomeriggio e sono pazzesche. le consiglio assolutamente!!!!!!

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe nel mese di maggio al costo di 168 euro...mia figlia ha tardato a indossarle e comunque oggi 3 di agosto ho lavato le scarpe a mano ma i lacci ( belli ma particolari e introvabili perche' ho gia visto su altri siti) si sono rovinati nonostante la mia attenzione...ho chiesto un paio di lacci di ricambio..li avrei pure pagati ma la politica di assistenza mi dice ch non possono prendere richieste di sostituzione o reso otre i 22giorni dall ' acquisto...fine

Sono davvero soddisfatta. Il servizio clienti è rapido ed esaustivo, le scarpe sono persino più belle che in foto: una qualità che non si trova facilmente e un design iper trendy che coniuga bellezza estetica e comodità.
Eccezionali. Ne prenderò altre!

nach meiner berichtigten Bewertung im Februar habe ich weiter bei diesem Unternehmen bestellt. Die letzten gekauften Schuhe sind bemalt, leider habe ich nach 3-maligem Tragen festgestellt, dass die Farbe einfach so abblättert. Die Schuhe sehen dadurch „rottig“ aus, kann man so nicht mehr tragen - schade, dass man hier kein Foto reinstellen kann.
Auf meine Email mit der Bitte um Hilfe, ob man die Farbe irgendwie fixieren kann, bzw. auf einen kleinen Preisnachlass wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich durch falsches Waschen das selbst verschuldet hätte und nach 22 Tagen eh nichts mehr für mich getan wird. Ziemlich freche Aussage!
Das war‘s dann wohl endgültig mit Cristian Zerotre für mich, für diese hohen Preise kann man einwandfreie Ware erwarten, zumindest Hilfe bei fehlerhafter Ware.

La qualità delle scarpe è a dir poco ECCEZIONALE.
Mi sono trovato benissimo non solo con il prodotto acquistato quanto con l’assistenza clienti, sempre pronta a qualsiasi informazione.

Katastrophaler Kundenservice - Besser gasagt gar keinen Kundenservice! Niemand ist erreichbar - über Wochen! Letztendlich Mahnungen und für die Ware bezahlt, die beim Zoll feststeckt, da der Händler nich aktiv wurde.

I ordered a pair of boots that are a bit too tight, and i asked for a return the same day they arrived.
They take a lot of time on replying to reply any mailsand the return request. But they finally did it.

Very efficient—when it comes to solving problems, they are excellent.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I purchased shoes through them. I got them and they were too small. Seems like a simple return right? Wrong. Despite me literally having the box sitting right next to me, according to the returns portal I cannot initiate a return because in their system the order hasn’t come up as delivered. I’ve tried 4 times now to contact this company including reaching out via social media, no answer. Checked my spam page to see if maybe I missed an email? Nothing On their website it says that after 15 days I can’t return them, that deadline is approaching faster and faster and it looks like I’ll be stuck with these shoes. How is it that it’s easy to buy the shoes but when it comes to returning it suddenly there’s no answers or service, please be weary buying from this company

Der Kundendienst ist absolut unerreichbar. Auf E-Mail Anfragen wird gar nicht reagiert. Andere Kontakt-Möglichkeiten gibt es nicht. Die Preise der Schuhe sind enorm und die Qualität dafür umso tiefer. Garantiefall kann man hier knicken.

Shoes came fast and the material is not cheap. So happy I decided to go with these instead of another brand. Definitely will purchase another pair. I’m so excited !!!

Qualità percepita delle scarpe molto alta, sono rimasto ben impressionato...
suggerisco solo inserire nella descrizione del sito anche la consegna stimata, onde evitare insoddisfazione relativa ai tempi di consegna, il mio modello era da produrre e per questo i tempi si sono allungati

Cristianzerotre needs a real system for customer service. My sneakers arrived and the zipper is broken. All I want is resolve and I have yet to receive a reply; 3 weeks have passed.

I made a purchase beginning of the year (I have purchased from them before ) and the sizing was off so I returned the items. The tracking says it’s sitting at their warehouse pending review and it has been over 3 weeks. I’ve attempted to contact them multiple times via their website and have even attempted to get a response on their various social media accounts to no avail. I feel like I’m going crazy because they just refuse to respond. In the past I have made returns and there was no issue but this time it has been a nightmare. I really like their products as they are high quality but the customer service side of things is extremely inconsistent. At this point I don’t know what else I can do.
