I accidentally put my old address as my shipping address which I noticed immediately smh but I just emailed them and let them know what was up and they fixed it the same day! To make it quicker make sure you put your order number the incorrect address and your updated address in first email.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they were defective, I reached out to customer service and they replaced my order. I appreciate the promptness of customer service with getting me a new pair of shoes.

I have ordered a shoes from them two weeks ago, I had a confirmation however I never received the item or gotten a reply when I have contacted them to let them know my concerns. I am still waiting for reply to see what happened to my purchase…

Worst experience and customer service ever. Made a purchase, was too big so wanted to return. Return did not meet expectations, which I understand but they disposed of the shoe instead of giving it back and now I have paid $152 for a shoe I do not own.

I ordered a pair of shoes yesterday and realized I had accidentally put the wrong shipping address. The company had gotten to me via email and less than 24 hours so it was pretty quick to hear a response they got right to it and helped fix my problem. No hassles and no waiting for a email for days I’m pretty happy. now it’s time to wait for my package! Thanks!

Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered over a month ago 4 pair of shoes and all of a sudden today it says delivered but there is no package around my house. I want my money back. That's why I don't like ordering from shit that pop up on tik tok

I’ve been seeing this brand and this shoe boot in the urban fashion scene for a while. I ordered and they came super quick. The comfort and style was amazing. The quality of the leather was soooo soft and buttery. Highly recommend. They are extremely versatile for a dressed down look to a pairing then with a cute blouse and denim look.

I ordered my shoes on Sept. 19 they didn’t process shipping until Sept. 30 .. it is Oct. 11. Still NO SHOES. I need my shoes for an event on October 17. I will not order again. Everyone says fast shipping, its been almost a month for me!

They deserves 5 stars because the support is always here to help you and comprehensive ! The shipping is protected and fast. I ordered a pair of shoes on the 19th of September. Never received a confirmation on shipping so I reach out to the company on September 25th it takes them 2 days to reply to my email. Saying that the shoe I ordered is in production because it has become a popular shoe. I replied that that should show on your site because your site says all orders ship via DHL 2-5 days. I didn't get a reply. I cancel my order over the weekend and they cancelled my order first thing this morning. This company has poor communication skills. And I'm very disappointed because of the shoe was on backorder that's fine. But as a company you should communicate that instantly once you receive an order you can't fulfill and give the customer an expected time of arrive and offer them the opportunity to wait on their order or offer a refund. Now that's how you do appropriate business.
