Faulty Battery Supplied
I wrote a review on 27th June concerning a battery pack that I had received from Critical Supplies. At the time I was totally satisfied, however by 9th July the battery was not working as it should. I have been in contact with Critical Supplies asking for a replacement, but they have not yet agreed to do this, so I am withdrawing my 5 star review.
Update : 19-7-23
We have since been in contact with Critical Supplies & spoken to Jason . He was very helpful & has now sent us a replacement battery to try.
The original downgrading to 1 star was mostly a misunderstanding with their technical department about what the issue actual was.
Because of Jason's understanding of the problem & in anticipation that all will be well with the replacement battery we are happy to return to 5 Stars.

=> My sincere thanks go to the very responsible sales director Callum White and Rebecca. Despite facing a manufacturer's supplier issue, they addressed the problem excellently for the customer. As a result, our order was not delayed, allowing our work to proceed smoothly.

=> Their responsiveness to customer requests is truly exceptional. I found their customer service to be highly trustworthy.

This meant that vital systems were kept up and running with minimum disruption.

Arrived very quickly! Would be 5 stars, but the product arrived in only its original packaging, without a protective outer box, and the box had opened in transit. Fortunately everything was still inside, but could have led to missing pieces.
