Order from these comedians at your peril. I ordered a PDU almost a month ago with their website showing 5 in stock so expected it in 2-3 days but still nothing, and they now say it will be another week (or will it?).

Their website still shows 5 in stock so DO NOT believe any stock numbers.

At no time have they contacted me to say they do not have the goods and cannot get them.

I can understand supply lines being difficult in the current climate but be honest about what stock you have instead of wasting peoples time.

Critical Power Supplies have gone beyond what I would have expected to rectify the above problems.

I have now received the hardware, and have been assured that the incorrect stock level on the website and lack of communication are being investigated.

Therefore I have amended the rating from 1 star to 4 and would be willing to order from them again.

How can I review this product when I haven't received it yet?????

Delivered on time, easy to set up and use. Delivery box could have done with tape reinforcement on base though as could easily have given way.

It arrived on the promised day, unfortunately the driver wouldn't take it into the property and left it on the doorstep (not insured to do so presumably) and wouldn't take back the wooden pallet either (would have thought that it would save his company money and resources to re-use pallets but there you go)
Also no UK mains cable supplied with the product either. I'm about to get in touch with them about this now, I'm sure that won't be an issue, however still disappointing it wasn't in there to begin with.

I ordered when the goods were supposed to be in stock and delivered the next day. After two weeks I asked for a status update and was told that the delivery time is four months. So I cancelled and ordered a different product. Two weeks delivery time, after two weeks I had to ask for an update myself and was told it would be another two weeks. Then I asked again and was told it would be at least two months.
I never received any info or update, I always had to ask myself. This company doesn't communicate at all.

Sold a product that was reportedly available and in stock (but was not actually available at all). Also paid for 'next day shipping' As it was urgent. Everything was a complete waste of time because the website was not reporting real stock level availability. I was refunded back to the card within 2-3 days.

Leaving a review since you have chased me repeatedly by email to do so. Not sure that my honest feedback is actually what you wanted to be made public. But hey. You reap what you sow.

I needed a UPS for use in a domestic setting and hence wanted something quiet and unobtrusive.
Whilst this was not exactly a large value order compared with other UPS systems I have procured in the past the sales team treated me promptly and with courtesy.
The stock situation was clearly shown on their website and "Next Day" delivery meant exactly that - I had the item in my hands the day after my order was placed.

Every UPS is 'out of sight, out of mind' most of the time. An 'end of life' battery warning, after more years reliable service than could be counted, left a simple technical question to resolve via the online chat. The instant response meant a replacement battery was ordered immediately. It was received, without supplementary courier charges, the following day. Fitment of the replacement was idiot proof. (Trust me - I know). From 'dud' to 'done' in less than twenty four hours. I almost never leave reviews but could not see what might reasonably have improved the experience for me. Am now impatiently awaiting a power cut to feel truly smug.

Sadly the website suggests good order stocks but after ordering and waiting for the 2 day delivery it didn't happen so I chased and was told that the stock wasn't available for a further 15 days. very strange as the order acknowledgement emails suggest next day delivery ... ???

It came that time again when my UPS wanted me to spend more money... the alarm continued to remind me that it was time to replace one of its batteries. I went on the search for a reseller of the battery that I needed and I came across Critical Power Supplies Ltd. after seeing ridiculous costs elsewhere / shipping charges. Critical Power Supplies Ltd. didn't only have a very reasonable price for the battery that I needed, but they also offered FREE 2-day shipping! The entire process from start to finish was as simple as could be and their website is incredibly easy to navigate. 5 stars is not enough for this business, I would give more if I could. I received my new battery today, packaged very well and secure. My UPS is now no longer complaining and is sitting happy and quiet now with a brand new battery. Thank you Critical Power Supplied Ltd. for your making this process stress free and easy! I will be using this business again in the future.
