Was way easier doing the change to order over the phone and had a awesome customer service lady alphonsine that changed it all over in a matter of minutes. I had been on website trying to do on line was half hour and got no were. Should gave just rang in the first place.

Paid with apple pay. For some reason it automatically paid and confirmed for me without me checking the information and it sent the purchase to my old address!

I submitted a form thru email thinking it would take a couple days and might be too late but Gabby at the your team within 5 minutes caught it and changed it for me! I couldnt be more surprised and grateful for the quick response. Now I dont have to deal with my old terrible landlord or worry about it getting stolen! Thanks so much for gabby and her quick work that I felt really comfortable buying from you guys again knowing your customer service is very streamlined and fast! Thanks again!

I ordered several shirts for my teen son for his upcoming school year. Out of many shirts there was one where I accidently ordered a size S and needed a size M I immediately reached out to customer service and though Gabby mentioned at times they may not be able to change the request in time she was able to stop the order, change the one shirt size to what was needed and provided me with a new order #. Saved me a lot of time in trying to return it for a new size. Thanks, Gabby for your help!

Have had nothing but issues with culture kings lately, 4 seperate orders, all of which almost all of them had to be refunded, I’m sick and tired of ordering things though culture kings just to get an email saying they refunded me as they don’t have stock

First order 31/07/26 - 5 items, 2 refunded, 3 sent out and 2 of them were the wrong item.

Second order -31/07/26 - 2 items, both refunded as no stock available.

Third order 05/08/26 - 2 items, 1 refunded, 1 sent out.

Fourth order - 10/08/26- 6 items, all refunded

This is ridiculous at this stage, I can’t even fathom just how unlucky I’ve gotten and how poorly managed their stock levels are, it’s hit a point where I don’t even have faith they’ll fulfill my orders anymore, add this with slower than average delivery times and mundane customer service, not even sure how they manage to stay in business, take a look their reviews their service and quality has tanked lately, you can never get a hold of anyone and when you do they say they’ll get back to you, never do, very little to remedy the situation either, offered me a free shipping code that doesn’t even work, just a waste of time. Terrible service.

I was helped by Donna who was lovely to speak too. She was incredibly attentive and made this experience pleasant as she solved my issue without great difficulty.

Huge thanks to gabby for her service! Made an online order and accidentally used my old address….Got into contact with them and gabby fixed it up immediately! Still got my order within two days!!
