Custom Offsets Avaliações

Everything went smooth. I was helped very quick and the person was very knowledgeable of what all I needed and the look I was after. Shipping was quick. Im very satisfied.

I had a really good experience with Custom Offsets. The website is very good and I found what I wanted pretty quick. I had questions before I ordered so I called them. The salesman answered all my questions and I just ordered the tire and wheels right then. I definitely will use them in the future. Thanks

Everything went very well on purchase of a replacement wheel I needed..

Don't waste your time anywhere else. My first purchase was a wheel/tire combo but there was an issue with the tire mfg. Custom Offsets went above and beyond to make things right and got me what I wanted.

I just got a new vehicle and Custom Offsets carried the wheel I wanted but the website stated it was on backorder. I found the wheel on another website and it appeared to be in stock. So I ordered it and a set of lugnuts. Well, they did not have it in stock and their website did not reflect this. They cancelled my wheel order and shipped the lugnuts regardless. Why would I need the lugnuts if I wasn't getting the wheels. So I had to RMA the lugnuts and they charged me to ship them back after a phone discussion with them. That said I came back to Custom Offsets and the second option I was considering was not only IN STOCK at Custom Offsets, they were on sale as well. Bought the wheels and I only got a text offering me a deal on a tire/wheel combo. I replied I already had the tires and only needed the wheels. No pressure to upsell and treated me respectfully. The first company thought it was prudent to send me 11 emails in 3 days about what else the can sell me. I hate when companies abuse their patrons. I bought stuff off of your website, do you really think you need to barrage me with emails/texts about what else is on there? Not Custom Offsets, they will send an occasional email about any deals they currently have going on. I really appreciate that they respect their customers and will be my go to from here on out!

Excellent company for all your wheel and tire needs! Amazing website takes all the guess work out of finding what works and fits properly, super fast shipping and always amazed at the service after the sell!

Impressive inventory. Excellent tutorials and customer service. Shipping was faster than expected. Highly recommended and will be a repeat customer.

This was a great buying experience. Talk to one of the experts for a little help on the fitment he was very knowledgeable of what would fit on my truck. Kept me informed through the shipping process by tracking. I will definitely buy from Offset again.

If you are looking at doing business with Custom Offsets, I would consider looking elsewhere. The sales agent was full of lies, lacked answers, and went ghost after my cc was charged for $5k worth of parts. He said ALL parts were available but were not, said they couldn't get ahold of the vendor yet I could on 4 occasions without fail, and would not take much accountability for their actions. I ordered on 01/08/26 with a week lead time and waited 2 full weeks prior to deciding to cancel the order to give the benefit of the doubt. I ended up cancelling part of the order, gave them a shot on keeping the wheel order and then they sent the wrong item which I will try to make work just so I don't have to deal with a return.
In short, if you want to deal with a "make a sale" person they're your people, if you want to deal with "true" customer service oriented people look elsewhere.

Awesome!! You have a new customer for life! Thanks!!

Ordered my rims Jan. 8th it's now Jan 29th and still haven't received my rims that was in stock after being say they will be to me in 7-10 days before I bought them by Kyle..

Very good communication via text message and email, the product was delivered on time and it of high quality

Top notch company! This was my second large order from them and as before all was outstanding. Tires mounted and balanced perfectly. Even paperwork showing their work. Shipping was faster than stated and arrived packaged very well. Customer service has a call back option and they return the call quickly. Any issues they help and make it right. They will continue to have my business because of the great value, friendly people and variety of product.

Great wheels fit to size shipping was a day early the website made it easy to purchase

This will be the fourth set of wheels and tires I have purchased in the last 2 years from Custom Offsets, I appreciate how easy their website is to navigate , I’m even more happy with their shipment turnaround . Highly recommend purchasing your next setup with them !

We do not recommend this company at all. Cancelled an order because company could not meet delivery times given at time of purchase. We called and spoke with a customer service representative that stated the order would be cancelled. Keep in mind that you cannot call and talk to a person. You must leave and message and rely on them to call you back. We were told both through a phone call and a voice mail that the order and been cancelled because it would be another week before the parts came into build the lift kit that we purchased. Miraculously the kit shipped the next morning. Hmmmm.....what happened to the week and the fact that we were told the order was cancelled along with emails stating such. Horrible experience and customer service.

They had the best selection and price. Also their website overall work for more superior than any other site that I’ve ran across. Oh and they have very helpful YouTube videos!!!

On point delivery time & communication on their part.

Good customer service. Walked me through what would fit for what I wanted to do. Also fast shipping.

Wheels showed up within reasonably manner. and customer support was great to deal with.
