Good prompt service from team in Wales to arrange order and online parts of the process were generally easy.
Unfortunately arranging delivery was very difficult due to FedEx not delivering outside of normal working hours and not having a drop-off point in my local area, resulting in me having to come and pick the bike up from the nearest FedEx depot which is a two hour journey away. On picking up the bike, the box it was in was falling apart and had several holes in and the bike had significant damage to the rear derailleur requiring repairs at a local bike shop. Build quality of the bike was also extremely poor with the top tube loose and the bolts provided not sufficient to hold the headset in position.

Quick delivery but had to ask about free insurance offer

Ordered a bike through here and customer service was good. Took a while to get the bike but I appreciate they are a busy company so to be expected.

Ordered some other bits for the bike at a later date. One of the items was faulty which Cycle Solutions said would be replaced but that didn’t happen. It was resolved after about 7 weeks but I had forgotten about it so partly my fault. Once I remembered I called up and received the item within a week. Overall I’m happy but room for improvement within Customer Care.

Amazing company, picked the bike I wanted, had a phone call the next day. To confirm everything, then next day delivery once the bike has been made for you, nothing was to much hassle for them

The customer service offered by CycleSolutions was excellent.

I have called the team and they made everything simple and straight forward process. I managed to get my new bike via partner shop within a week from applying, just in time for Christmas.

Amazing delivery service and amazing customer service. The bike box collapsed and the delivery driver had to carry it and made it safely to the garden. Unfortunately the reflector had broke but not because of the delivery driver

Super helpful staff, really polite and helped me order correct size and spec I wanted bike for. Corrected me on item I ordered that was incorrect for the bike, coming pre assembled is an excellent perk too. Really pleased!

My experience of using Cycle Solutions was on the whole good after initially rejecting the quote I received from a partner store due to a lack of detail, the fault might have been with the store

Very poor that you can’t return clothing using hygiene as an excuse. I am stuck with £120 bib tights that are too small and can’t be returned when a hygiene strip or the like could be used as many other shops do. Buy elsewhere is my advise.
