This is the worst airline that I know. Our flights got cancelled twice and this is our 3rd attempt of reaching Prague. They are selling tickets and then cancel your return flight ( to Amsterdam) without any possibility of returning home. They refuse to refund the flight from Amsterdam to Prague because it's still departing. Never ever that I fly with this company and they are a shame to the Czech nation.

Paid for a flight from Budapest to Prague with Czech Airlines in 2020. Due to COVID flight was canceled by Czech Airlines. Czech Airlines refused to issue a refund even though they cancelled flight. I would never use this airline.

Very poor. They have now cancelled flights from Prague to London on Xmas two years running. Do not book with them if you expect to see your loved ones at Xmas.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. They answer your questions about refunds of a canceled flights with empty, soulless messages that don't really say anything and vigorously refuse any kind of compensation. Avoid this sorry excuse of a company and airline at all costs.

Huge penalty for changing the mistake in the name.
For changing the wrongly entered name, they took a fine in an amount 3200 kč, that is much higher than the cost of the ticket itself (2600kč).

Despite the latest EU guidelines on consumer protection, this company has not made any effort on improving its processing time and ways of dealing with cancellations.
Agents give conflicting messages and moreover it seems that they have modified some details of the initial booking like the issuing agency and the currency.
All in all... never again! WizzAir and Ryanair are much more reliable than this one!

Czech airlines are selling fake tickets from Prague to Tirana . I bought a ticket in June 2021 and got cancelled 2 days after the purchase. They don't do refund at all, instead issuing a voucher for credits. I bought my ticket from kayak (travelgenio). Travelgenio charged me an extra 30 euros to process the voucher. It's been almost a month now but I haven't received any voucher. Travelgenio website kepts showing they are processing my request. The fact is that czech airlines and Travelgenio are cooperating together to screw people up! They get you to buy their tickets and cancel them right after without refund!! It's undeliverable such a national airline company is doing this doggy business. SHAME!
One of the worst
One of the worst, if not the worst. I booked a flight on 2nd of Feb 2020 and not even now they refunded the money to gotogate, after 18 months. They conveniently entered the insolvency procedures in order to delay or escape the debts. So now being in insolvency, they can get rid of paying some of the debts. I found out about this on their website. The issue is more complex, but the long story short, it's about this: they are trying to escape refunding the tickets cancelled by them...

Flight was canceled, I paid extra money so if my flight got canceled or I wanted to cancel my ticket I would get a full refund. I still wait for my refund and an email that I have yet not received. Awful service

Cancelled our flight and wouldn't refund the money for the trip for over one year.
They went bankrupt without notifying me by any means that I should resubmit my refund claim and basically did this cheap move to avoid paying the money they owed to all of the people they scammed. Stay away from them...I will walk to the destination before thinking to fly again with these scumbags. I will continue taking this case further on my own and will not settle for anything except the full refund, no vouchers, no nothing.

They didn't let me on the plane, with no interest of the staff in helping me. Rebooking so expensive that it's cheaper to buy a new ticket. Well done CSA! Hope you will not hold monopoly for some of the lines for too long...

A year passed. Still waiting for the refund
I booked my tickets with Czech Airlines through mytrip.fr almost exactly a year ago. The flight was supposed to be on Match 27th, 2020, from Paris to Prague. Then the pandemic hit and I do understand the difficulties for the whole travel industry. HOWEVER! There are no legal reasons to hold my money and not refund the mytrip.fr that must refund me next.
On top of that, the customer service is just RUDE ! I called 3 times to get more information about (at least) a rebooking and they are just treat as an annoyance whilst you’re talking politely.
Never say « never », but I will definitely avoid this airline in the future. Awful! I do not recommend!

😡I am still waiting for my refund, I asked at the same time as my friend in April just after an email that my flight was cancelled. They ignored me for several months, than I made an other request, after my second request they proposed me to fill the formular and to chose between a voucher and a refund, I have chosen a refund and again 2 months of ignorance. I ask them again for a refund and I get an answer that my voucher is valid for a year. Worst airline ever, and worst customer service ever. Give be my money back, scammers!!!😡😡😡
