Use Evri for 'delivery'
Use Evri for 'delivery' - Evri don't deliver, the parcel is thrown into the garden or left next to the note asking them to put item at backdoor. Evri say they're on their way then cancel at last moment. Doesn't matter how good the product is if delivery is a nightmare. Will not buy from here again unless can chose a better delivery option.

I would like to assure you that we do take complaints of this nature very seriously. Although the couriers work directly for Evri, we appreciate that they represent Damart when they’re delivering our parcels.
We have an excellent working relationship with Evri, who are more than happy to receive feedback from our customers.
The Evri Customer Service department review the feedback with the courier and their line manager. Any actions discussed between the line manager and the courier remains confidential and is dealt with internally by Evri.

Website is generally okay but struggled…
Website is generally okay but struggled to use the online payment system. Several payment options required me to input my date of birth which it then told me was invalid! Subsequently rang their order line, was asked to input my credit card details using smartphone, did this several times but the numbers never registered their end. Took far too long to place the order.

Damart always gives a good service
Damart always gives a good service. The website is easy to use and I also like reading the brochures. The returns can be a bit expensive especially as I have already paid for delivery. I sometimes have issues with insufficient give across my hips so I have to make sure I choose a garment that says relaxed fit.

Ordered smart trousers.VERY SMALL .Went up 2sizes but still tight
Ordered smart trousers,had read reviews saying small , so went up a size . Too small, so ordered next size up still tight across backside.
I rang and asked for free returns as not my fault.
They agreed but label didnt arrived for 10plus days so sent back on charged label supplied after speaking to customer "service 😆"who agreed to do credit for it .credit x 1 came through with post deducted (couldn't make it up)so rang again.assured credit done for other pair and post.trouser credit came through immediately but not postage.Yet another e mail .oh put in my account as credit as not item .lolol.They have agreed to post cheque but say 14 days .
DO NOT ORDER FROM DAMART . SERVICE NOW APPALLING.
Have used a lot few years ago but never again .poor quality.very poor service.

We do advise allowing up to 14 days for a returns label to be delivered, but I appreciate that waiting over 10 days was disappointing, particularly when you were then charged for returning the items. I'm also sorry that there was further confusion regarding the postage refund and the time taken to arrange this.

Easy to use web site
Easy to use web site. Good variety of clothes, materials. Found the fit not too accurate recently. I am a size 10 and will not even consider anything 10/12, except in nightwear as will always be too big. Not many tops at size 10.

I always the love the choice and…
I always the love the choice and quality of Damart's clothes. For me they are my no. 1 choice, beating M&S by miles now apart from the jeans and trousers - I need a longer length. I also suggested some time ago stopping sewing uncomfortable labels at the neckline of garments. They can take quite a while to carefully unpick. I did get a couple of tops with printed labels which were great and thought my suggestion might have been acted on but no - I'm still having to unpick scratchy labels. I still rate Damart really highly though.

Of all the online companies I have to deal with because of my mobility issues, Damart is the worst one for service. Differences from the good ones are 1. pay to phone them on 0871, none of the other companies do this. 2. never any offers for free delivery or returns. 3. latest offer of discount - in very small print unable to read - only allowed on full priced items. 4. ease of ordering or returning very complicated. Only one thing, usually that is, the quality of goods are quite acceptable, but not so much the value of cost. Hope someone at Damart realises that this is how they are viewed not only by me, I have asked my friends and they all agree.

Trousers ordered were poor quality…
Trousers ordered were poor quality material so I returned them only to be charged the delivery fee. I won’t be risking ordering again this is the second time this has happened.
