I bought 2 wigs- both so bad! color completely different, quality so bad, plastic, bad finishing inside and outsite - look fake- the hair comes out- really different from photos and videos!! it's ridicule - your site should be closed!

I will literally NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN if you want good quality wigs DO NOT GO TO DEBRAWIG for anything what I thought was a lace front wig on the picture I bought when I recieved the wig it was a cheap halloween wig... I ordered what was shown and tried to argue with them on it... they pretty much said oh well and no matter how hard I tried they did not reimburse me for what I ordered... they made me try to think I had options to order certain things but I know I didnt... they will show pictures of the wig you want but you will not get what you originally thought you ordered.... PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.. IF YOU WANT A AMAZING WIG GO TO ALIWIG they are a little more expensive BUT YOU WILL BE FULLY SATISFIED WITH THEM.... if I could give a zero star I would.... NEVER AGAIN!!!

WORST ONLINE PURCHASE EVER! Terrible cheap quality, super shiny and fake looking/feeling. Somehow my order was duplicated without my knowing, and I was charged twice. I wasn’t aware until I checked my credit card bill. The company refuses to reimburse me or offer other recommence. Dealing with the customer service woman was a nightmare. She was unhelpful, condescending, and unwilling to give my case over to someone else after I asked multiple times. I’ve never had a worse experience in my life. If I could give it 0 stars that would be appropriate.

They are not what they are advertising.
And if you chat to them they will actually call you stupid. For ordering the wrong wig.
If you get past this stage they will ask you to return the wig in original condition. They claim 2-3months to give you a refund. If the wig is in original condition. They will not give you a return address unless you agree.
I'll go through Mastercard to get my money back. As the above process has taken me a month and they still are not communicating regards a return address.

Just don't but from them.
Not at all what is advertised.

i bought 4 of these - one was so thin you could literally see your own hair beneath it.
they statred shedding soon as they came out the bag. they tangle very easily and clings to everything. not lace front at all none - even though they say they are.
overall dont buy these.

They don't even deserve 1 star, biggest scams online, I'm warning anyone going to purchase, please don't waste your money, the products they will send you not even near what they have advertised, they have taken their advisement for somewhere else and they sell fake plastic wigs only, they will not refund or return or replace products.

All of the good reviews on this site are either from fake robots or people who do not speak english very well. Either way the site is definitely a scam because they dont give refunds because even they know how crappy their product is.

The fake website shows videos of wigs, when it arrives, it is completely different to what was shown in videos. Do not buy from Debrawigs. They are fraud. They will not refund your money.
If they allowed me, I would give zero instead of 1 star.
I'm shocked to see some good reviews. Do not be fooled, those reviews are definitely from their own people and are not legitimate reviews.

This is false Advertising! These wigs look like fu***** sh**! You can totally tell it’s fake hair. The center of the top of them looks horrible! I was so excited for these because my hair has been falling out. Not to mention it took 1.5 months for me to receive! There should be some kinda law suit against this company for all the b***s*** they sell to people... never again!

Don't buy from these people, you don't get what they are showing in the their ads. Items I received all the hair is falling off the wigs, you can't do anything with them, can't change the style they are just terrible. The ones in their ad are real hair. I am no longer buying from these ads, you can never get you money back, all the businesses should be shut down.

I would have gave 0 Stars if it would have allowed me I purchase for wigs with additional charge shipping to expedite them. When they arrived over a month later they were the wrong product I took one out of the package cut it out just to see maybe you know something different and no horrible quality it should all over my couch and then when they contacted customer service for a return I was simply told they couldn't return the product they won't give me an address I have stated over and over again in my emails that it is poor quality and not the items I received that I purchased so horrible company horrible product I don't suggest you use them for anything I wouldn't even put the wig on my pet

Worst wigs ever! Absolutely atrocious! The quality is trash! These wigs are like what you hire from a fancy dress shop for Halloween etc. They are the fakest looking wigs I've ever seen. Nothing like in their videos. This company should be shut down for false advertising. I've emailed them and want to return mine but no doubt I won't hear back and will have to write off the money. Luckily i only brought 2 when the website was trying to get me to buy 4! When something seems to good to be true, it's because it is!

This is the biggest case of FALSE ADVERTISING I have ever seen! Complete garbage wigs. They smelled awful and looked ridiculous. Like a cheap halloween costume. Do not waste a cent on these trash wigs.what you see is definitely NOT what you get here!

Fake Fake Fake. Their videos are just a trick to believe they sell good wigs. They are Halloween type wigs. How is this company still on business with all the bad reviews? It took more than a month to ship and I asked for one color and received another. Also, the shipping was so high , but I thought it will come in 3 days for that price! They are ugly, cheap, not worth all the money I paid. I knew I was scammed when I saw their name in my paypal. It sounded like "youhavebeen scammed" Pinterest should nor permit them in their pages. It deserves zero stars but the system wont allow it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

The only time I forget to read the reviews.... well, NOTHING at all like the photos!!! Cheap, nasty and shiny like a joke shop wig. It's like getting blood out of a stone trying to return them. VERY POOR PRODUCTS & VERY POOR SERVICE!

Les perruques Debrawig sont affreuses, vraiment! Rien à voir avec ce qu'on nous présente en photos. C'est sûr que d'utiliser des modèles et de prendre leur chevelure naturelle en photo, on est à des années lumière de ce qu'on obtient: mauvaise coupe, une finition épouvantable, un fond de tête très inesthétique et des couleurs qui n'ont rien de naturel! On ne m'y prendra plus! Très déçue! Des perruques tout juste bonnes pour se déguiser...et encore!

My friend who has lost her hair to chemotherapy has been absolutely ripped off by this company, they charged her a fortune for "real" hair wigs with beautiful tones and highlights. The products arrived and look like Halloween wigs, 100% fake hair, like barbie hair, orange instead of blonde.
Don't waste your money.

I ordered two wigs for a work project. They are nothing like advertised, they looks messy and the colours are unnatural.

I researched their return/refund policy and it is stated on the website that the products can be returned within 14 days. I emailed the account they referred to and got an "automated" response that they are AWAY FOR 15 DAYS - which is one day longer than the 14 days they allow for returns.

Super shady. the reviews n their website are five stars only which is not realistic. I will not be purchasing from them again, and will be making a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Horrible es un total engaño. Nada parecido a lo que prensentan. Su promoción muestra unas pelucas que lucen totalmente naturales que hasta puedes recogerte el pelo en los lados y se ven geniales. Sin embargo la realidad es que las costuras se notan simplemente, no lucen hermosas como ellos hacen que creas. En lo único que estoy de acuerdo fue en los colores. Todo lo demás es falso, simplemente no las podré usar. Su anuncio es engañoso, no las recomiendo.
