I wrote the company an email about what horrible product I received. They are not anything like advertised. I wish I had seen this sooner. I ordered lace front, human hair, melted wigs and received full front acrylic. When I complained their response was:

Hello, every wig posted in our online store is tagged. There are three types of wig materials we sell: 100% real hair wigs, front lace wigs and regular wigs that require customers to read and choose.the wig needs care and heating to make it more natural. We have no further processing because of problems such as transportation and extrusion. You need to heat it and take care of it, each person's head shape and face size will be different. This model shows the effect that the wig has been processed. You can use low temperature water to protect it and it will become softer.

I guess my bank will be fighting them.

It is a terrible product they even delete the bad review in their web site, better don't lost you money in this product

Don't waste your money. Not lace front wigs. The wigs in the picture and videos are expensive wigs. The 2 i received were Halloween wigs. SCAM

I purchased a blonde wig from this company and it arrived within a couple of days. The product received bore no resemblence to the pictures and videos on their website and social media, apart from the length. The product I bought clearly shows dark blonde roots going into honey a blonde with highlights. The product I received has black roots going into dark blonde. I reached out to the company to ask to return and get a refund. I got this two line answer: "when you buy a product, we will point it out on the website. Due to the difference between the light and the display, the wig will produce color difference, which is normal". I've bought similar product before and know what to expect with slight differences. The product I received is a completely different item to that displayed. Do not believe the pictures and videos. They are misrepresented and the product you receive will be far from what you see and of poor quality. Save your money. I have lost mine.
