Deed of Trust Avaliações

Have used several times now. Good service and good value.

This is the second time I have used the deed of trust service and was as equally impressed as the first time. Bully was very knowledgeable, fast and expedited our DOT with superb efficiency. Highly recommended.

This is a highly focused and efficient operation that carries out a valuable service with very little fuss. If you want a straightforward deed of trust drawn up I find it hard to believe you will find better value anywhere, and if you do have more complex needs they seem to have all the angles covered. Great service, thanks.

I was a bit sceptical initially as couldn’t find many reviews of this firm. But once we started the process we received unbelievably prompt service. I had my documents in less than 48 hours.
Would highly recommend them. The next steps have also been explained well.

Prompt, understandable , efficient and friendly .

I was a little concerned at first by the lack of online reviews for this company, but I went ahead anyway and I'm very pleased that I did. The service was quick and efficient and reasonably priced. I'm posting this review in case anyone else has similar concerns. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We were really taken aback by the quality and promptness of the service provided. We started the process on the 17th of February, had a few questions about the form which were very quickly answered by the webchat team and submitted it that evening. The following morning received an email from Bully who advised a draft would be ready within two working days which we received as promised, had some more questions answered, and the bound final copy arrived through the post on the 25th. Obtaining the deed of trust turned from a really difficult process with our conveyancing solicitor into probably the easiest part of the entire process. I've already recommended deedoftrust.co.uk to others based on the service provided, couldn't be happier.
